The Pelican Cottage was really nice and also very clean. We enjoyed our two nights to explore Urunga and relax with that amazing view and tranquillity. We would definitely stay there again.

Denise and Brett’s place was exactly what we were after! Fantastic spot for peace and quiet to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The sauna and cold pool is a fantastic add too. Denise and Brett were awesome - gave us privacy but always on hand to help if we needed something. Thanks guys!

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

Super comfortable and peaceful stay. The place had everything I needed. Especially loved the bush surrounds.

I could not fault our stay. Wendy and Paul have provided the perfect location to escape, unwind and connect with nature. They provided everything we needed in the gorgeous cabin. To make the most of our stay, we enjoyed a massage and meditation by the creek which were blissful. We also had our meals catered for by Wendy which were 5 star quality with ample serving sizes. Everything about our stay was easy. We will definitely be back!

The Nambucca Waterfront Hideaway was everything we hoped for from the pictures - and more! Clear instructions from Mick made it easy to find and we were greeted on arrival to assist with checking in but everything was well explained and easy to access even if we had arrived late. Mick provided his local knowledge on places to go and where to find good coffee etc. He was readily available if we needed anything but otherwise gave us our space and privacy. The studio is beautifully appointed and has a comfortable bed and a great shower. We spent 5 nights there and could have stayed longer. The deck has the most amazing outlook and even at night was a great place to sit and relax. We only got to meet Sharon once but we look forward to our next visit to catch up with them both and enjoy the beautiful Hideaway and Nambucca. Must do in Nambucca - coffee at Detour, fresh seafood from Dave’s, Pizza from Matilda’s Thank you Mick and Sharon for creating such a wonderful place to stay.

This place is a hidden gem and a must if you are wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches during peak periods. We stumbled upon The Shed whilst searching for shelter from camping in a tent and it's safe to say we could stayed forever, so much so we started to look for real estate near by. Julie and Nick have thought of it all, plus provided extra touches to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The outdoor bath is so tranquil, the property is stunning and the space itself has been decorated with love and intent for those to enjoy. We hope to return to enjoy the space again . The home was lovely. Really spacious for what we needed. The location couldn't have been better for us as we brought our dog and there's a dog friendly beach about 2 minutes away. The bedrooms are well spread out and the kitchen is functional. But the best part was communication from the host which was both prompt and helpful.

Loved our stay at Casa las Valla. It was such a beautiful peaceful home. The beds were comfy the house had a real homey feel and it was big enough for the whole extended family. The hosts went above and beyond and absolutely made us feel comfortable and welcome. Country living only a short drive to the beach it was perfect. We will be back 😊
