This was our first time in St Helena Bay, the house was great, it gave my wife and I the privacy we wanted. The pool was amazing and whilst the water was nice and warm it still allowed us to cool off. I think we will return

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Raymond had incredible hospitality, even before the beginning of the trip, providing all the details we needed and ensuring we felt welcome. During our stay, he was always available to help with anything we needed and suggested great places to visit nearby. The house was spotless and very well-equipped, perfect for a large group. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, making it the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing us to truly be one with nature. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away and was perfect for morning and evening walks. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins! What an unforgettable experience – we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Exactly what we needed to unwind, with a stunning home in a beautiful location. Attention to detail and very generous hosts. The home is also equipped with every appliance you can think of. This is why I enjoy booking Airbnb homes over hotel rooms, it’s the personal touch and warmth that is unmatched. Would definitely return!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Lorraine home. From the moment we arrived, we could tell this home was thoughtfully designed with families in mind. It’s incredibly kid friendly, with plenty of space for the little ones to play and relax. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash pool. The décor is beautifully styled,modern, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. One of our favorite features was the easy 3 min walk to the beach a perfect morning or afternoon activity for the whole family. After a fun day by the ocean, it was so nice to come back to such a cozy and comfortable home. Lorraine was a fantastic host, and everything about the stay exceeded our expectations.

Wow what a stunning house in the perfect location for a relaxing weekend away from it all. Just 2 hours drive from Cape Town, Aurora is a tiny town literally in the middle of nowhere. There is a small shop and a coffee shop and that's all. You need to come with all your supplies as we were told on booking. Rojeane's house is a home from home, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house is beautifully furnished and designed and perfectly positioned for the stunning sunset views. We had plans to hike and take a trip to the coast and we were so instantly relaxed that we did nothing. We read books and played with board games from the cupboard and then had delicious long braais into the night. The homemade feta and sourdough bread were so delicious we were begging for more! We were travelling with our teenage children and 2 small dogs and we all wished to stay another night longer when we left. It was a great family weekend away from the city.

We were happy that there was more than enough things to do for the young adults like the pool and games room. The Villa are well maintained. The space is even better than the photos – beautifully kept, peaceful, and full of charm. We were actually meant to stay longer but had to cut the trip short due to business obligations. A special mention to Samson, the property manager – he was fantastic and made everything smooth and easy for us. We often travel down this route and will definitely keep this gem on our radar for future stays. Highly recommend!

An absolutely special, sublime location. We loved the outdoor baths and rock pool at Rust and Vrede cottages!

The property is located right on the beach with amazing views. Restaurants and basic shopping is close by. House had ocean views from every bedroom and the neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet

The property was exactly as described, clean and well worth the rental price. Checking in and out was a breeze, thank you Malande (facilitator). The property was well equipped and all essentials were provided, three braais had us spoiled for choice with access to the beach within less than a minute's walk. Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect! The property was exceptionally clean, and every detail seemed thoughtfully designed to enhance the experience. The scenery was breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gifts, including the chocolates on the beds. They even went above and beyond by leaving a special birthday gift for my mom, which was such a kind and personal touch. The house itself is wonderfully situated—sheltered perfectly so that sitting outside was comfortable and undisturbed by the wind. This made it a perfect spot for enjoying the views and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere while the children played on the beach. Lu-Ann and Ian were fantastic hosts! They were incredibly friendly, easy to contact, and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made us feel at home. We will surely visit this place again.

Myself and my family members had a great time at Hemel op Aarde Villa it’s a beautiful house right on the beach if you enjoy sunsets this is the place for you. We were well looked after by Liezl and Mariette they kept us update with the load shedding schedule, gave us lots of info on were to buy groceries and fire wood also mussels and crayfish, restaurants. So there was was no stress trying to find stuff. We definitely will be returning for another weekend away. Thanks again to Hemel op Aarde Villa for a great weekend away

Had an amazing stay. House was spacious and did not feel crowded with 12A6C. Location right on the beach was fantastic with stunning views. Clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and host of the house were lovely and very helpful. They also added nice little extra touches which were appreciated. Will definitely return for another stay soon!

We had a lovely stay and Anneleen's place was great. Everything is brand new and has easy access to all the attractions. Would recommend it to anyone, very spacious for the number of people.

Nice 3bed place with very roomy kitchen diner social space :) with great undercover braai outside. Loft bedroom nice but warm - it has a little fan and balcony to get air movement. We had fun lighting the fire from the gas stove as no functioning lighter - got one at the sweet market though :) There is one rooster but you might want to bring yours & steak knives. Remember to bring a dbd player/ dstv otherwise no TV chill will be possible ;) Front door lock very temperamental but persist ;) We had really comfortable sleeping. The house is one block away from the Golden mile :)
