Beautiful, well equipped and well-maintained vacation home located in South Ridge Subdivision in a cul-de-sac setting. Enjoy biking, kite flying on the dunes, a quiet walk to the sound, or relaxing in your own private pool! Our pool is only open from mid April through mid October. Our house is 1 mile to the nearest public beach access with numerous public beach access points within 2 miles. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Jockeys Ridge sand dunes and sound beach are just .8 miles.

Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Cross the street and climb to the top of Jockey Ridge for amazing ocean views, hang glide or fly a kite. The ocean is just 1 minute car drive. Inside features 700 sq ft of privacy, including open-concept kitchen and living room, a private bedroom with 2 queen beds, and 2 Smart TVs.

Very private and Nags Head Woods directly accesible with gravel path and stairs. Great for bird watchers and hikers. Sleeps three and one dog is permitted. On ground floor, no stairs. Enclosed concrete patio great for your dog and small kid if you have one. Full bath. Queen bed in bedroom that has own separate door to patio, in addition to the living room door. Memory foam cot and long, comfortable, couch. The only view is the woods. Very private. PARKING AVAILABLE FOR ONE VEHICLE
