We thoroughly enjoyed Anne's pod accommodation. A great peaceful, quiet location with beautiful scenery and farm animals. Easy access to the town of Portree. We travelled the entire island of Skye over 3 days. Anne was a great host. Always responsive. The pod was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The pod was comfortable and warm. We highly recommend Anne as a host and Anne's pod as a charming place to stay. Colin & Deborah

An excellent place with amazing views to stay if you're in Skye or want a base to explore! Cabin was warm, clean and comfortable and the instructions to find it were excellent. Donald and Eileen were great hosts, especially with the short notice booking! I would 100% recommend their place and will look to stay here again in the future!

Sur notre road trip, une halte dans un logement atypique offrant une magnifique vue avec coucher du soleil. Le pod est propre et adapté pour un couple. Nous avons mangé dans la salle commune spacieuse et très fonctionnelle avec tout à disposition. Une belle expérience pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement pour les aventuriers des routes.

Just amazing! The pod is situated on top of a hill, which gives an amazing view. It is very peaceful and the only sound you hear is from some sheep and birds. The pods are well built and have everything you need. There are also a lot of beautifull hikes nearby. We had a great stay there.

Great comfortable van in a good location to all the highlights of the islands (especially the northern ones). Unfortunately we were unlucky to experience one of the first major storms of the autumn. Luckily, the van is equipped with a large and good selection of films, which got us through the storm (we always wanted to watch all three Lord of the Rings in the extended version in one go). We'll be back again!

This was far and away the most amazing stay that could be imagined. The lodge was immaculate, perfectly tucked into the breathtaking environment, and everything that one could look for. It felt like we were going home anytime we drove down into the Sleat peninsula. After long days of adventuring, our kids spent hours running around the open pastures using only their minds and bodies to have the most fun any kid could experience! Every window looked like a perfectly framed photograph. On top of it all, Anita was just an all around perfect host!

Thank you for such a wonderful stay, had a fantastic time! Located on an amazing stretch of coastline just a stone’s throw from the ocean. Friendly and welcoming host, and some cute sheep in the field, can’t wait to come back

Notre séjour chez Jordan et Stephanie était excellent et de loin notre logement préféré en Ecosse durant notre séjour. Le studio est confortable, cosy, impeccable et bien équipé. La petite terrasse privée qui donne sur la campagne est incroyable. Jordan et Stephanie mettent tout en œuvre pour qu’on se sente bien dans le studio et ils nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation si nous devions retourner sur Skye !

We loved our stay at Cabin Beo. The cabin was easy to find and convenient to get to Portree with a great view of the surrounding landscape and town. Rebecca greeted us shortly after arriving and made sure we were comfortable. The cabin itself is beautifully furnished, has everything you need and very cozy. The wood stove was a nice addition to the tiny home and much appreciated after a day out exploring in the chilly rain. This is one of the nicest accommodations we’ve stayed in and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place to stay at for our weekend in Skye. Shauna was a terrific host - she gave lots of details on how to find the place, how to check-in and use the heating etc. which made it very easy and accessible upon arrival. She was also very welcoming and offered local recommendations and tips when we met her. The place has everything you need for a short stay and beautiful views to wake up to in the mornings! Would highly recommend.

We had a great 2-night stay at the Shepherd's Hut. The views and local scenery were breathtaking, including the sheep and new lambs right out front. We had a lot of fun hunting for the dinosaur footprints at Staffin Beach just up the road and it's worth checking out the dinosaur museum next store to see some incredible artifacts and learn a bit of the local history from the local family that owns it. The Hut was very clean and well stocked. It actually feels a lot bigger on the ins than it looks from the outside! We would absolutely stay here again, 10/10 recommend.

The Oystercatcher is a truly special place - we loved the quiet location and the beautiful views. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a few days of walking. The accommodation itself is perfect - every amenity necessary was provided. We especially liked the welcome pack with breakfast items including milk and orange juice - a lovely touch. Mags has thought of everything - thank you. We would definitely stay again if visiting Skye.

What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful view and a small, idealistic spot to sleep. Friendly people and a nice welcome package for breakfast the next day. Definitely recommended.

Alloggio fantastico e perfetto per questo nostro viaggio in the road alla scoperta della Scozia e dell’isola di Skye. La casina, estremamente pulita, ha tutto il necessario per 2 persone, compresa la colazione. La posizione è perfetta e vicina al faro, trasmette calma e tranquillità come tutta l’isola. Host veramente accogliente e gentile, ci ha accolto all’arrivo, dandoci qualche spiegazione, e salutato alla partenza. Ritorneremo!

Words cannot accurately articulate just how EXTRAordinary Sandra's Airbnb is. Photos do not do adequate justice. This Gem in the Isle of Sky is absolutely the very best experience we have ever had with Airbnb and we Airbnb A LOT! From the start of our journey, Sandra's advice and council on getting to the Airbnb, along with her insights on our desired journey were not only incredibly helpful but selflessly thorough and compassionate in nature. Her clear and informative direction on getting to her Airbnb, along with parking safely and enjoying all aspects of the Airbnb were out of this world and her hospitality is unparalleled. Not to mention, all of the extra sweet touches in the home are like nothing we've ever experienced... hot coco AND marshmallows! Coffee, honey, grains, a variety of spices and everything and more than you would need to enjoy a home cooked meal and settle into a beautiful night. Unbelievable! The local whiskey was a huge favorite of mine along with my wife! A+++++

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Skye ist eine sehr schöne Insel und die Unterkunft ist so gelegen, dass gegen Abend nur ganz wenige Personen vorbeifahren :) die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Peter’s place was a perfect place to stay after our engagement on the Isle of Skye. The location was stunning, the place was spotless, and most importantly he was an amazing host! I highly recommended Peter’s place to anyone!

We had wonderful two nights stay here. It's my dream shepherd's hut. Cozy and beauty. We arrived late and Colin waited for us and warm welcome us and reminded us of the Aurora!!! There is only a microwave oven that can simply heat food, which may not be very good for people who want to cook, but this is not a problem, because everything is perfect.

Claire’s hut was the perfect base for exploring Skye. Claire was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. The hut is really well equipped with everything you could need and in an idyllic setting. Would highly recommend.

This place is heaven and Jackie makes you feel right at home. You have your own spot with a personal view in a “tiny home” studio with kitchenette. It met all our expectations- comfy and functional. We were able to too cook breakfast and dinner quite easily. It was 3 miles from center of Carbost and really convenient to lots to do. Would highly recommend.
