This place had the most amazing view.

We stayed here for a week, and fell in love with it! The house has so much charm and character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and want to stay there again. It was within walking distance to many places, including a beach. A definite charm in Beverly! The host was amazing! She was very responsive to our questions, and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything, which I appreciated. You are missing out if you don’t stay here!

Mark’s place was retro and quaint. It brought back special childhood memories of the house I was raised in back East. We loved our time here. This home is cozy and welcoming and has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Mark provided homemade banana bread and coffee. That was very much appreciated since we didn’t arrive until 11 pm and there were no stores open. The views were very cool and a great place for birdwatching. It’s a short walk to two different beaches and a friendly neighborhood to walk through. Ipswich is a wonderful town with lots of things to see and do. We would definitely like to book this place again. Thanks Mark.

Loved this rental! Katie was so nice and very accommodating! This house was great! Pictures didn’t do it justice! Plenty of room and amazing views. My favorite room was the sitting room upstairs with views from every window! Lots of clean linens and super comfy beds! Check in and check out were a breeze. Easy to follow instructions on how to close up. Only complaint was on me! Wish we booked “in season” to take advantage of the beach! We will definitely be back! Thank you again, Katie! Simon elevates hosting to a whole new level and provides a tough act to follow. He pays attention to detail and has carefully considered and included all the things that will make you feel both welcomed and comfortable. The home is spotless, very modern and tastefully decorated. The linens are of a great quality and the beds are super comfortable. The master shower is wonderful, and Simon has so thoughtfully provided amenities in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The location of the home is great in a quiet neighborhood with parking spaces provided. The home has lovely natural light and even great views out of the windows. Both Simon and his home is a standout and so far, my best experience with Airbnb to date. Simon goes above and beyond to make your stay a luxurious one and by that, he makes it hard to leave but easy to want to return to.

My husband and I really liked staying at Laurel’s apartment! Everything was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed to enjoy a visit with family nearby. I especially enjoyed meeting the horses! We would highly recommend this Air BNB if you are looking for a nice one-bedroom apartment in this area.

What a peaceful, quaint, and cozy place to stay and unwind! The skylights and windows highlight the surroundings and let in so much natural light. There were so many cute and enjoyable details/ amenities like books, board games, candles, coloring supplies, and hot tea that really enhanced our stay and encouraged us to relax.
