Water views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing in the yard, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. See the below description to get a feel for this very special and unique space.

Little Salt Guest House: steps from the water

Recently renovated guest house on a quiet, coastal street. Enjoy a relaxing five minute walk to the intracoastal waterway at the end of the street or take a quick drive to Trails End Park. A convenient and tranquil location about 15-20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood has a private water access that is perfect for launching kayaks or SUPs . The house comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are dog friendly but require a $70 pet fee per pet.

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
