We had the most amazing weekend getaway at this beautiful hillside lake home! The house itself was absolutely stunning — even better than the pictures — and every room was spotless and perfectly maintained. The property was peaceful, private, and had breathtaking views, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Our host was fantastic: friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We are already talking about when we can come back — we can't wait to stay here again!

Carl was a fantastic host. I booked this on the day of arrival which I imagine is a bit of a pain for hosts. However, both Carl and the property were incredible. The cabin was perfect for a nice, quiet night in the country. It was well cared for and stocked and the bed was comfortable. Carl has a store and supplies for items you may have forgotten or things you might need for your stay. I purchased a bag of charcoal to cook a nice dinner under the stars. Beautiful, remote country with plenty of room for my dog to run and explore. Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a great time at The Memory Maker for our Thanksgiving/hunting trip. We immediately felt right at home & really loved the card and treat for our pup. I thought that was really thoughtful. The hot tub was sooooooo nice and relaxing! The perfect place for an outdoor getaway. The hosts were VERY helpful and accommodating! They responded almost immediately to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here! We look forward to coming back.

This Airbnb was perfect for my weekend visit to my son’s college. It was close to campus, clean, and quiet. The host was friendly and the space provided had all the comforts of home. A peaceful and convenient spot for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommend!

Stayed a full month and Chris was an amazing host! The house provided me with everything needed for a Home Away from Home. Chris and her husband were open to suggestions and added a screen to the back door which was wonderful for opening the door and having the fresh air come into the house. Any questions or minor issues were promptly answered. Hot tub was a wonderful add and used often by my local college kid. The birds were wonderful to watch and I made friends with the locals Cardinals! Due to weather, did not have an opportunity to use the firepit but it is a nice set up and wished I could had an opportunity. Overall, would come back!! Very peaceful and rural but still only a 15 minute drive to restaurants and stores.

My two sisters and I stayed here for 2 nights. We had a wonderful time of connecting and making memories! This place was quiet and secluded, with noises from nature and the distant train whistle bringing music to our ears. The place was very clean. We would definitely consider going back. We met Paul and the cleaning lady (Linda) Both were very nice to us.

If it were possible, I would give it a rating of 100. Everything was so wonderful that we immediately planned when we could come back again! Special thanks to the farm owners, I was honored to meet wonderful and kind people. They did everything they could to make sure we had fond memories!

This is a great getaway spot! It is very quiet and peaceful. Autumn was very nice, and the check in process was easy. The place itself is very comfortable and has everything you need. And of course the property is amazing, with lots to explore. I would definitely like to stay again, and will recommend it to others!

We loved the hammock overlooking the river in the 4 season porch! Very quiet, clean and modern house. I would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
