Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Única en la zona Escandon, con excelente ubicación y extraordinaria cercanía a la Colonia Condesa, Roma, Napoles, y zona centro de la CDMX. New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Super luminous apartment. We call it Verdant green. A bohemian studio with a stunning view. This is a small apartment 600sq2 with a big bathroom and an open kitchen at the 5th floor of a new condo. The bed is Queen and our windows have black out in case you want less light to sleep better. We are located at the edge of one of the best and trendiest neighborhoods in the city. Why the edge? Look at the pictures. Can you see the park and the castle in the view? Beautiful right?

Está en un condominio de más de 100 años, catalogado por su valor arquitectónico. Remodelado hace unos meses. Techos muy altos. Cómodo y silencioso. A cinco minutos del Monumento a la Revolución.
