David's home was exactly as described possibly even better. Impeccably clean and tidy. A place for everything and everything in its place. Very comfortable beds, nice and dark with blackout curtains. Washing machine, dryer and dish washer, (didn't use this). Excellent TV reception and WIFI. Good secure yard for our furbaby. Nice to have off street undercover parking near the front door. Thank you David for having us.

Was booked here for work, space was fantastic and as described. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, messaged me part way through my stay checking if I needed anything like towels, sheets etc. The neighbours are a bit loud as per other reviews, but outside of hosts control, a set of ear plugs did the trick but were only needed occasionally, only really bothered me if I wanted to be outside in the courtyard during the day.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, very clean, was a great place to stay but neighbours told us not to park our classic cars at the apartment due to being a high theft area along with lots of vehicle damage from local youths, other then the inconvenience of having to park our vehicles at another location the app was perfect

We found this trendy two bedroom place a real gem, It has been beautifully done and keeps the old building in such a stunning highlight. It’s so easy to walk to fantastic restaurants and the mall for some shopping , also a very easy walk to the river. We loved our stay. We felt hidden and was rather quiet for being in the CBD of Mildura.
