A wonderful 2 bed apartment, with wonderful grounds and everything you need in walking distance. Also beautiful views especially at night. I definitely recommend it.

Shanil and Olivia were such great hosts, they were super responsive and lovely before and throughout my stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed for a solo trip, I also felt really safe as the building has fob access from the main door and also in the lifts so there are only residents allowed inside. The view from the apartment is amazing too even in the rain and it would also be perfect for a couple. The building has a shared gym and pool, both really clean and well maintained, which was such a nice bonus. Location-wise, it's not far from the high street, train station, and local shops, so really convenient. It can get a bit noisy throughout the day with windows open but it wasn’t an issue with windows closed and AC on. The evenings are really quiet and there are barely any cars around. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully will be back again!

Great place for a visit to melbourne! Really near the supermarkets and just walking distance from the train and trams which are directly linked to the city. The 24/7 gym and a heated pool which were really a delight. Melanie was a superb host that accommodated to my needs, highly recommended!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The unit offered everything we could ask for, great location for us and very spacious. The instructions to get in were really helpful. It was great having secure parking. Yes the trams are noisy but nothing that ear plugs can’t fix if your a light sleeper. Highly recommend staying here.

My stay in Victor’s place was great. Everything was exactly the same as described. Northcote is a quiet and safe area. Supermarket in walking distance, and these is a lovely cafe next door. Less than one minute walk to the bus 250 and 251 stop, they will take you to the city directly. Buses come every ten minutes on weekdays, so it is quite convenient ( Melbourne public transport sometimes is not very on time though) Victor and Jane are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Always got back to me very quickly and they really care for their guests. If you have any questions about travelling or anything, just ask them, they are happy to help. I met Victor on the last two days of my stay, he made me some nice coffee, and gave me a nice gift as we chatted. Would come back.

Elisha was such a wonderful host. She was accommodating in everyway possible. Location of apartment was great for my family as the park across the road was so convenient. Will definitely be coming back and staying here again! Thank you Elisha for making our Christmas feel like home. The kids loved the Christmas tree and decorations xx

This place is perfect and has all the facilities and accessories you would need for a long or short stay. Great location .. everything on your doorstep. If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

The house was great, very spacious and well laid out. Arran was great in resolving one item which was not there and took all steps to get it sorted asap. The area is great.

Best stocked Airbnb ever: snacks, condiments, soaps/serums/shampoos, fresh toothbrush (when we forgot one), fresh coffee beans and fancy coffee machine, etc. Huge property which was great for our three kids, kangaroos on the lawn, relaxing bonfire for marshmallows, delightful hot tub on a hill with a view, powered by elbow grease to get the fire going. The kids loved watching the V-Lines pass in the distance, there’s a great massage chair and the beds were comfy. Great Easter trip for us, thank you.

We had never been to Nagambie before and what a gem! Lots to do around the lake and river and all easy to get to from Di’s place. The house was perfect for a group of families with young kids, clean and well presented. The pool access within the estate was a winner and was the keypad entry which meant we could split up the group and not worry about keys. Di was helpful when we needed to ask about rubbish and happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, large home! There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The personal touches on arrival were such a treat; the wine, sourdough and other goodies were happily enjoyed and much appreciated. While the location isn’t the quietest, it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, a warm and welcoming place that made for a very comfortable stay.
