Enjoy the beautiful forest view from the large deck & tall living room windows. A gas grill, fire pit, dry sauna, Wi-Fi, and TV (including Netflix) are also available. The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (1 mile north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions:CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, and Artesian Casino, & Spa.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed on the upper floor, and the family room on the first floor has a Murphy bed. Equipped with a fireplace, full kitchen, dinning area, charcoal grill, fire pit, Smart TVs, Washer and Dryer, Wi-Fi, and Telescope for our astronomers. 1 mile from Guy Sandy Marina.

Twin bungalow has plenty of upgraded features throughout the home, and generous amount of closet space! Distances are- Davis 8, Roff 11, Ada and Ardmore 25 miles.

The Cottage is nestled west of Davis off of a county road minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness. This charming 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home is located on a private road in a pecan grove offering a quiet place to enjoy country living. There is plenty of room to park a boat or ATV's. Enjoy evenings around the firepit in the back and watch the deer during the early morning hours. The three king size beds welcome families a restful stay at the Cottage.

This cabin is a three minute drive to Lake Arbuckle, 15 minute drive to Little Niagara in the National Park, 25 minute drive to Turner Falls, and a convenient short four minute drive to Walmart.
