This spot is exactly what you would imagine when you think of a stay in rural Ireland. Cows graze in a pasture across the road, and the entire place is surrounded by rolling hills. Extremely cozy, with a wood stove, comfy couches, and lots of blankets. Stephanie was very welcoming, and gave us lots of great recommendations in the area. While very rural, the cottage isn't remote, as many major attractions including the Cliffs of Moher and Bunratty castle are a 30-60 minute drive away. Make sure to check out the town of Ennis while you're in Feakle.

Nous avons passé un super moment chez Laura et Declan, nous avons eu quelques échanges et ils semblent être de merveilleuses personnes, le logement est parfait, le lit dans le renfoncement est de taille standard pour adulte, ce qui a été parfait pour notre fille de 7 ans ! ma location est idéalement placé, nous recommandons ce logement !

We enjoyed the stay very much. Amazing location for daytrips to Clifs of Moher, Doolin and Galway. Just beware the place is right behind petrol station and you can hear absolutely everything😅. But we did enjoy the stay very much!

Lovely cottage, very cosy & the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in on holiday. Really good location, central to visit many beautiful places , close to Galway city & some amazing seafood restaurants. Lucy was warm & friendly, also nothing was a problem. She provided us with plenty of wood for the fire . We had a really lovely stay Thank you

We had an amazing stay here. Veronica and Justin were fantastic hosts. They were very friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and the house is so clean, cosy and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend for a stay in lovely Spiddal!

Wir durften für 14 Tage Gäste in Annes wunderbarem Häuschen sein. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig und sucht selbst in Irland seinesgleichen! Umgeben von wilder Natur, einer wunderbaren Küste und absoluter Ruhe. Genau was wir gesucht haben. Anne und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns Tipps gegeben und wir konnten ums wirklich gut entspannen. Sollten wir wieder einmal Urlaub auf der Beara Halbinsel machen, wissen wir wo wir wohnen werden!

This airbnb has one the most beautiful scenic views I've ever seen, there's a lake just 3 mins walking, it is really peaceful and quiet. Agnes was really kind and helpful, she even received us with bread, milk and butter. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ur's House! The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, Urs was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and at home. Lounging on the couch in front of the stove with a DVD playing was just amazing. The house itself was spotless—neat, tidy, and very well-maintained. Everything we could possibly need was readily available, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a space that is both functional and inviting. Having no wifi and limited mobile reception enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend Ur's House to anyone looking for a serene getaway with exceptional hospitality. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Beautiful cabin had everything you could need for an over night stay. Comfortable, cosy and private perfect for a quiet get away! Sinéad had everything you could think of from High Vis gear for out walking, phone chargers and also local taxi numbers! Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing, we keep talking about going back. The area was quiet, perfect for the trip we had planned. There was loads of space. The hot tub was amazing with the view. We got great weather when we were there but any weather it would have been nice. We couldn't seem to get the fire pit or pizza oven going but that was user error. When we had an issue with towels for the bathroom, I got a friendly, quick and helpful response from Colin. Great host! What made our trip was all the pets roaming around, mainly the friendly cat who kept visiting us. We became so attached to him it was hard to leave. Will 100% be booking again.

Had a wonderful stay with Frances. She was an amazing host, very warm and friendly. The accommodation was lovely. So cosy and a great place to get away to and have a rest by the fire and watch the cows wander by the gorgeous windows. Would stay again and was definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Had a lot of personality and very cosy

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig. Man ist schnell am nah gelegenen Strand und in der schönen kleinen Stadt Youghal. Auch Cork ist mit einer knappen Stunde Autofahrt schnell zu erreichen 👍 Ein weiterer Plus Punkt ist der sehr süße Hund Clara 🐶

It was fun to spend a night at Gillian’s POD! The place is clean and practical. The view is stunning! We really appreciated our stay and would definitely come again.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich einmalig und wunderschön. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Kühe direkt nebenan haben alles perfekt abgerundet. Wir sind so gerne in der Gegend spazieren gegangen und haben die ruhige naturbelassene Landschaft und Umgebung erkundet. Zum Strand sind es wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Unterkunft selber hat alles was man braucht, von Bad- über Küchenutensilien etc. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Unser persönliches Highlight war Patch, der kleine Hund hat uns den Aufenthalt noch etwas verschönert! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine unvergessliche Zeit in dem romantischen Chalet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben die Privatsphäre genossen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ruhig. Die Aussicht vom Berg war wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Wasser. Perfekte Kulisse für einen Heiratsantrag, den mir mein Partner dort gemacht hat. ✨💍 Wir kommen gerne wieder.

How blissful to lay star gazing in the jacuzzi after a long drive. And that bed-my partner was convinced the duvet was a cloud! We knew we were immersed in the countryside when we woke to birdsong & the cows in the field next door lowing! There's so much on offer in the locality - we had to prise ourselves away- very tempting to stay in one of the many sunny, comfortable spots (indoors or out). Our hosts afforded us privacy and were also only a phonecall or a knock away. As for creature comforts, there was plenty of hot water and we appreciated the availability of environmentally friendly soap and detergents and efficient recycling and composting facilities. As we had pre planned activities, we were unable to avail of renowned chef Chris' very tempting menu...next time!.

We had a wonderful stay in the pods. The location was fantastic and the pods exceeded our expectations. They were immaculate and so comfortable. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Ashleigh’s place. The dogs were the cherry on top for us and were so so good with our little toddler. It really felt like a home away from home. Some food and bits were left for us and the house is so beautifully presented and comfortable living space. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Defo will stay again. :)

This is a wonderful location, with access to a peaceful yard and outdoor eating area, with birds singing and a view of the ocean. It's two minute drive to Garryvoe beach and the delicious Ballycotton seafood factory shop and Ballymaloe farm shop are both less than a mile away. The shipping container is clean and comfortable, with a thermostat to keep the temperature at a comfortable level and with every other convenience.

I thought it looked quaint from the photos but it far exceeded my expectations. A lot of love and attention to detail was put in the layout and construction. It was simple yet met all the needs and easy to keep warm. The silence and serenity were golden. Tinkerbell the pony was delightful as well and we really enjoyed the book collection. There's a lot of scenic roads and little villages near by too. I feel the Beare is very underrated. Thanks to John and Siobhan for the treats and sharing your bothy. :)

Could recommemd this beautful treehouse in the woods. The host Kate was extremely accommodating with amazing homemade bread, honey & butter on arrival. The surroundings if where you will stay are a beautiful walk & even Kate showed us her homemade crops & plants. Amazing hikes within 20 minutes drive & Kilkenny town a short trip in the car. Every morning we woke to the amazing sounds of the birds, glorious sunshine through the sun light & greetings by Moby (Our tour guide) Couldnt recommend here enough for the perfect romantic getaway. We will be back!
