We are 83 and we just packed and moved our household from our beloved house in Rushville. We were exhausted and then we had one of our contractors not show up. We were devastated and sad but we had to move on to our home in Florida. Jamie was professional and so helpful. Jamie’s house is just beautiful. Everything you could need or want has been provided. We loved this small town and the lovely park that is just a few steps away. It is a beautiful place to walk your dog or to just enjoy with your kids or just relax yourself. If you stay here you won’t regret it. It was one of our favorite places to stay and we have stayed many many places in the last few years!! You can swing on the wonderful front porch and watch the cars go by on state road 40. It was the Old National Road that crossed across the USA marking a path for the wagon trains with a “corduroy road” made of logs. I can just imagine pioneers bouncing up and down as they traveled from east to west on that rough surface.

My multigenerational family of 8 wanted a comfortable place to gather for a reunion and graduation celebration, and we found it in this cozy house. Tastefully appointed, generously supplied kitchen and bathrooms, and good gathering spaces made this a great choice. Staci was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved our three nights in this cozy house.

Perfect place for coming home to Indiana for Christmas with our kids. Jeff & Dawn even had the place decorated for Christmas which made it feel like Christmas even away from our home.

Juliens place was perfect for our needs. The house has great character. My kids and husband loved the game room. bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy! kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals! would definitely book again.

Very quiet area, felt safe, walking distance to local businesses, clean, cozy. In town for our kids sporting event and as a family of 5 chose this Airbnb over a hotel and so glad we did! Everything went smoothly - no need to reach out to the host. Kids loved the snacks. Not a deal breaker but wish we could have opened the master bedroom windows - storm windows were on. A few dining chairs were loose and unstable. Could update couches. I don’t think we will ever have to come back to Muncie, but would stay here if we did!

The house was small but nice and clean and well kept. There were lots of little things there like hand soap and clean towels. Even a Brita water filter in the fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay! Nicely equipped kitchen, quiet neighbors, and a super responsive host. You definitely get your moneys worth when staying here.

Great location very spacious very clean. It was fantastic for our family to come to. The beds were a little hard and would’ve preferred to have pillows that were not decorative but well worth the money well worth the location very convenient to everything and really appreciated the spacious and cleanliness of the property

Had a wonderful stay with a few friends. It was the perfect space for us to hang out and spend time together. The property is amazing and really well kept.

Absolutely wonderful home with so many thoughtful little extras! Very clean, super comfy beds, great kitchen with an awesome coffee bar. AND a pool and hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of parking. Super convenient keypad entry which was great because my daughter and I didn’t have to share a key and worry about who would get back to the house first. Definitely a great experience and great hosts!

the place was great! lots of space for plenty of people. fire pit in the backyard was nice to use and hang out.

Seemed like a hotel without it being such! Lots of food options around and was a great deal for a busy / eventful weekend we had for the weekend.

We enjoyed staying at Mary's home while visiting Ball State. Location is 5 minutes from campus, lots of restaurants and shopping close to home. The home is in a safe neighborhood, nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked with what you would need. Comfortable beds and a hot shower, what more can you ask for. We would stay here again.

My wife and I traveled to the area to attend a three night run at Ruoff Music Center (It will always be Deer Creek to us). We use airbnbs because we travel with our dog Cynthia & Joe were excellent hosts. Cyndi, a local biz owner, was very responsive (she's a doll) our questions and Joe was just a friendly man, who was very cool to talk to. He has a collectible Pontiac Firebird that he has restored to its original beauty. I hope he shares a look at it as he did for us. Being from the Motor City, we have seen our share of cars The place had all the amenities we have come to expect from an airbnb. It had a nice deck to sit on and the bedroom had a small porch. We were able to let our dog run off leash and he saw his first cows ever. His reaction was for the agee. My wife likes to be "away" fro the city. Perfect locale in the country but still close enough to things If you are going to Ball St, Deer Creek or Indy do not pass this place up. Mike and Dani Steinberg &Reese!

Thhis was a great experience. it is a really cool older house. I am a neat-freak and felt like the house was super clean. this was a great option for my family for us to attend a wedding at the local barn on boundary event center (13 mins away). the host was super responsive and very flexible with my family. 10 out of 10 recommend

My family of two adults, two elderly parents and two young kids were in town for a family reunion. This farmhouse on the outskirts of New Castle was the perfect size for us and had all the amenities we needed. It is too bad it was too windy to enjoy the fire pit and outdoor grill. Brittany was a helpful and responsive host.

The living room and bedrooms were nice and clean and so was the front closed in porch. The location was peaceful and very nice. Was however, disappointed that the dishwasher in the picture did not work. The main problem was that the previous guest had trash piled up and we had to contact the owner to please come and get the trash, as it had not already been dealt with before we got there. Also there was a problem with gnats and flies in the kitchen and bathrooms from the very get go and it lasted the whole week we were there. IF the gnats and flies had not been there then the stay would have been very close to perfect.
