What a fantastic stay my sister and I had in this beautiful condo. I would highly recommend. Great location with lots to do, beautifully decorated, well cared for, clean as can be, super easy friendly host, I could go on and on. It was absolutely perfect for a little “mom’s get a way trip.” Plus… the mattresses were so comfy! Perfect for when you’re wanting some much needed rest.

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and high end. I never heard other neighbors. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. I definitely plan to come back and stay again. Perfect accommodations

Cute little house. Perfect for the four of us to stay for the weekend. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood although a little dark at night but there is a street light right outside the driveway. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fayetteville.

My time at Peiting was exactly as I had hoped. A super cozy, very clean accommodation, with everything you need. Exactly as I imagined. Host Peiting is very quick to respond, and you feel very well looked after. There was a minor problem during my stay, which Peiting immediately fixed the same day. perfect! Great home, super clean, stocked with everything we needed. Were traveling for work and gone all day but there’s lots of games to play if you spend more time there and the master bed is extremely comfortable

Perfect place to stay during our travels

Cozy and had everything we needed for the 3 weeks we stayed. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our large dog. The neighborhood is in a great location for getting to Chaffee Crossing & Fort Smith. Nathan was a perfect host!

Our original booking had some HVAC issues so Sydney upgraded us t the brand new build on Yellowstone. Lovely amenities, decorations, and space.

This was a beautiful home and in a great neighborhood. There is a nice back porch with a pretty view where we saw deer every day which was an added bonus. Rodrique was very proactive and a friendly host. My family definitely plans to stay here again and I highly recommend!

Tonya’s house is in a great location convenient to everything ( campus, restaurants, grocery stores) but at the end of a quiet street. The house was very dog friendly and they loved it too!! Tonya was a great host and I highly recommend her place!

Very convenient location- close to every thing. Super cute decor! Friendly hosts :) A little loud at night- but that is to be expected on a busy street in a college town.

We loved our stay in Fayetteville! The condo was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beautiful trail system and the University of Arkansas campus. We found that the hosts even provided a few snacks and drinks upon our arrival, which was a sweet surprise. It was the perfect spot to serve as our base to visit our son, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at The FayYard Condo! 🐗 The location was perfect—close to the University of Arkansas, Baum-Walker Stadium, and walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants like Taco & Tamale, Wood Stone Pizza and Arsaga’s. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which gave us all plenty of space. The kitchen was clean and perfect for gathering around the island, and we even enjoyed some of the board games provided, such a great extra touch. We loved sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the Fayetteville weather. Parking was super easy, right in front of the property. The host was very responsive and kindly accommodated our early check-in. We also appreciated the little touches of Razorback pride throughout the home—Wooo Pig Sooie! ❤️ Great value, great location, and such a smooth stay from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area—we’ll definitely be back!

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our weekend of watching the Hogs and this location was perfect! Amanda was a great host and responded to us very quickly answering any questions or concerns we may have had with the house . Everything was very clean and very comfortable and cozy ! A few snacks were left for us to enjoy a long with bottle waters which were greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay again for the price and convenience! Thanks Amanda for all you did to keep us comfortable !
