Stayed for one night and we wished we could have stayed more but definitely coming back when I visit Victoria falls. The pictures here don't do justice to the place because the place is beautiful and serene. Mqhele and team went above and beyond our expectations and even sent us a complimentary taxi as we arrived late than check in time. There's entertainment tv with Nelfix and a lovely couch to relax on. For those that may worry about security, the place well secured with nothing to worry of fear about. My highlight was the fruit basket that we received upon check in 😋The houseking lady is super friendly and the linen was crisp white and bathroom fresh and clean. Definitely value for money, keep up the standard guys and I'm definitely coming back for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Lizard Cottage, Liz was very helpful in sharing recommendations and booking Afternoon Tea at the Victoria Falls Hotel for us, the cottage was very comfortable for our family of four, and the breakfasts were amazing. Exactly what we were hoping for, wouldn't hesitate to recommend - thank you for making our time in Victoria Falls so memorable!

loved my stay at the cosy container. Trish was so kind and Courtney and her father most welcoming when I arrived by taxi later than expected after alo g flight delay. Really enjoyed my time in Victoria Falls and highly recommend this accommodation. super peaceful, and lovely surroundings. For me, I'd say one needs to catch a taxi to town. I used great driver who Trish recommend. He was my mainstay while I was in Vic Falls. A great visit.

The house was exceptionally clean and matched the description perfectly. The host was very communicative before our arrival, providing clear instructions and directions, which made the check-in process seamless. Despite the ongoing load-shedding issues in the country, the property is equipped with a reliable solar backup, ensuring uninterrupted electricity at all times. The overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free, making it an excellent place to stay whenever you’re in Livingstone. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and well-maintained accommodation option.

We had a lovely stay at Clara's.. Beautiful home just as the pictures show. The helper Future is lovely and made our stay much more enjoyable. The home is very close to the main high street in town, the Vic falls and restaurants are all within easy access.. Will definitely be back at Clara's place should we return to Vic Falls again.

Communicating with Jenni was easy. She always responded quickly with clear answers. During our stay she and Angus were very helpful. Jenni knows the area well and had great recommendations. Being able to come back hot and exhausted, it was wonderful to have the pool. Thanks Jenni and Angus!

Мы останавливались в этой квартире с 21 по 23 марта вместе с друзьями — я с женой и две подруги, Таня и Оля. Квартира находится в Виктория-Фоллс, немного в стороне от центра города и водопада, но это не проблема, зато территория закрытая, с таунхаусами, что создает ощущение безопасности и уединения. Внутри всё очень чисто и современно. Кухня просто мечта: техника Smeg, стиральная машина Bosch, аэрогриль для курицы и даже генератор льда — всё продумано до мелочей. Две спальни с потолочными вентиляторами, спать было комфортно благодаря хорошим матрасам и качественному постельному белью. Шкафы большие, места для вещей хватило всем. Гостиная огромная, с Smart TV и кондиционером — идеально для отдыха после насыщенного дня. Хозяйка была невероятно отзывчивой: предложила и забронировала для нас экскурсии — поездку в парк Чобе и полёт на вертолёте, всегда была на связи. Отдельное спасибо Nosi — она не только поддерживала квартиру в идеальной чистоте, но и помогала нам с оплатой экскурсий

Stunning 2 Bedroom Apartment in Victoria Falls

This was a lovely stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and had a lovely Afro-modern decor which I loved!! You could tell a lot of effort had been made in the design of the space. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s also very spacious and a lot of natural light comes into the home which adds to the brightness. The host was so lovely. She helped us to organise all our excursions in Vic Falls and nothing was ever a bother. Super grateful for that as it’s rare to find a host who is attentive and actually cares about your overall experience of the city that you’re visiting. I have nothing but great things to say about both the home itself and the host. I can’t wait to recommend this place to anyone I know who’s going to Vic Falls.

This is the second time we have staying at Alasdair and Jess's beautiful home in Victoria Falls. We travel all over the world and this is such a standout property for us with welcoming hosts, wonderful staff and such a gorgeous feel about the home. I'm yet to find more accommodating hosts who always go the extra mile to ensure our stay is seamless and so enjoyable. Thanks so much again

Mudita Self Catering Air B & B

We had an amazing time at " Mudita Self Catering Air B & B". The House is very safe, spacious, private, and met our needs in every way. The host was very responsive and made our stay most enjoyable. From recommendations on where to eat, what to do, and personally hand delivering a cake to a local restaurant where we were celebrating a birthday party. Natalie made our time at the house and in Victoria falls PERFECT with wonderful memories. I find myself smiling as I write and reminisce. The chef she recommended ( Ms. Eve) cooked a lot of delicious meals that even the food critic in my household approve of her cooking. If I could change one thing about our time at this HOME, I will make it longer. If you are looking for a great stay in Victoria falls, I totally recommend this property.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this home. We went as a party of 10, including infants, and the house provided enough space to happily fit and feel at home. Every room is en-suite which provided great privacy and there is lots of space to roam and relax all around the property. What we enjoyed the most about our stay was Absalom and Hattie’s hospitality on the property. They were incredibly helpful with everything from keeping the house and yard clean, doing laundry, lighting the charcoal for the grill, and cleaning the pool every day to name a few things. Bradley was incredibly helpful and responsive as well from the beginning, helping us arrange for mobile cribs, arranging for a tour company to come to the house to plan activities and so much more. He also provided stellar local restaurant recommendations. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else for the flexibility, privacy, cleanliness and luxury this home provides. Exactly what we needed and more!

The place was unique and wonderful, perfect for my solo travel. I was particularly grateful for the power back up since there’s load shedding going on; the security, location in proximity to the city centre and the mosquito net. I’d definitely recommend it or also stay here whenever I visit Livingstone again. Ethel was super helpful in providing a reliable taxi and activities to try out. Her family were also super welcoming. I felt right at home.

We only had a one day stay here and really wished we had more time. We absolutely fell in love with the place and wished we had more time there. Every single thing was perfect about the place and the location. It was very very clean and the hosts were all so amazing. We really hope to come back one day and spend more time here and would absolutely stay in Janine’s place again.

This place was beautiful and we enjoyed our short stay. I was a little hard to find, but Grace talked us through finding it and we located it easily with her help. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. There was a little issue with the water pressure, but it was attended to quickly and we had no problems after that. We are grateful to have such a lovely home to stay in while we were in Livingstone.

Beautiful modern space where everything works. It’s in a safe neighborhood a short drive away from the Victoria Falls Town “hub”. It’s got an amazing pool and is extremely child friendly. Everything in the kitchen is labeled which makes it easy to use. Tigere is a brilliant host! He is proactive, very responsive and extremely understanding. The staff at the property are friendly, polite and available. Definitely worth the price and looking forward to staying here again!

Bellissima casa in un complesso residenziale moderno e sicuro, a 3 km dal “centro” di Victoria; se non si ha la propria auto, noi ci siamo sempre spostati con il mitico Handy taxi per andare a fare spesa al supermercato, per andare a cena la sera nei vari ristorantini sulla strada principale di Victoria, per andare in aeroporto… Emma gentile ed efficiente con pronta risposta per informazioni e risoluzione dei problemi; ci ha mandato subito il ragazzo manutentore per la piscina che ogni giorno e’ venuto a sistemare la pompa e a chiedere se era tutto ok! Avendo fatto 2 escursioni di intera giornata, noi ci siamo goduti la casa soltanto la sera ma e’ stato un ottimo soggiorno! Da consigliare sicuramente per chi fa tappa a Victoria Falls durante il proprio viaggio…

We had a fantastic stay. Donald and Irene are such helpful workers on site. The house has so many great areas to relax in and it's super spacious. Great for big families, couples travelling together or a bunch of good friends sharing a holiday house.

We had a wonderful stay and it’s such a cozy home. The space was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and our host was very responsive to our messages. She recommended a trusted taxi driver,we were provided with a detailed file of activities, with price, recommendations of restaurants and shops with their proximity to the apartment! It made our stay easier. Thank you once again! We will definitely come back

Просторное жилье с хорошо укомплектованной кухней. Есть места для работы с ноутбуком. Вентиляторы есть в каждой комнате. Все вещи выглядят как новые. На кроватях есть сетки от комаров. Также есть средства от комаров. Wi-Fi работает хорошо. Иногда были проблемы, но мы заранее купили замбийские сим-карты (мобильный интернет дешевый), поэтому всегда были на связи. В Замбии есть проблемы с отключением электричества (load shedding), но в этом жилье предусмотрен бэкап — в случае проблем владелец, Маркус, включает бензиновый генератор (genset). Маркус оказался доброжелательным хозяином. Помог нам организовать сафари с носорогами в Mosi-oa-Tunya NP и сафари со слонами в Chobe NP. Еще он дал нам множество полезных советов! Например, как пользоваться share taxi в городе и сколько оно реально стоит. Еще Маркус решил нашу проблему с утренним трансфером на автовокзал, за что большое спасибо! Нам кажется, жилье Маркуса — одно из лучших для длительного проживания в Замбии.

My husband, daughter and I spent a few nights at Miombo Mews while exploring Victoria Falls. Everything about this place was top tier! From the super friendly guards at the gate to the super friendly cleaning staff. Check in was great and AJ was super responsive and helpful. The place was so clean and well stocked. Very comfortable and looked exactly (if not better) than the pics. I highly recommend!!!
