This property had spectacular views from all the main living areas, especially the master suite and both decks. Our family of six was extremely comfortable inside the home and out. This was our second stay at Lake Malone but chose this property because they were pet friendly and we needed to bring our Granddog. The home is situated in a quiet cove with friendly neighbors but still offers plenty of privacy. The fire pit was expertly stacked with firewood that looked like a giant torch when lit. Stacy’s property was well worth the money and we would love to return as soon as possible.

Beautiful home for me and my family. We traveled from Nashville to here for an AAU tournament. I recently had booked an house through Vrbo. Unfortunately, I was scammed and I had to think quick and fast. Kathryn’s home was available at last minute. Thank GOD for her and her home. Otherwise I would have been out of look. Beautiful home, peaceful, quiet, nice pond view, you feel right at home. High recommend this property. We will definitely book again with her.

The place was exactly like the pictures and what you described. The transaction was seamless and it is a perfect getaway for anyone. I could not be more happy and I will definitely try to stay in that exact same place in the very near future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This trip was planned to be a peaceful reset and relaxing. It was all that and more. All the locals are kind and helpful. Great restaurants! Dave’s pizza as well as Porgie’s was wonderful. So was King’s Table. There’s a place called Gentry’s for all your souvenirs, custom made shirts. Just about anything you can think of. The house was so peaceful, clean and inviting. We loved the two back patios. They were wonderful for coffee, games and dinner. If you need it she has it all. Planning another trip when there’s not a hurricane back home. Paula was very kind and let us check in early when we landed. We also went to the state park and walked the nature trail……it was stunning! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll see you again!

Beautiful house on a very peaceful lake. Kitchen was well stocked with everything from spices to coffee. Bathroom had plenty of clean towels and soaps and shampoos. We loved using the canoe, and fishing from the docks. The neighborhood felt very safe and the neighbors were very friendly. Our time got cut short from the weather but would very much look to book here again!!!

Really enjoyed the Stay. Kim was a great host. Will definitely be back again!

This place was absolutely perfect - the cute Easter decorations were icing on the cake. We were there for three days of fishing in their pond with our son and his wife. He loves to fish - and we had a great time. There was a thermostat for both floors - the kids used the A/C upstairs, and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows opened downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for all our cooking needs and we fixed most of our meals right there. Our last meal was around the fire pit which was such a nice way finish up our weekend there. Mary Jane, one of the owners, stopped to check on us shortly after we arrived. We had a nice chat and this too was such a nice touch. We had tons of room for the four of us and enjoyed games on the little round table next in the living room and had our meals at the long table just off the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return some time again in the near future.
