Harika bir tatil deneyimiydi. Ev tam olarak anlatılan gibiydi. Gürültüden uzak ama eğlenceye yakın konumda olması, turistik merkezlere yakın olması özellikle çocuklu tatil yaptığımızdan işimizi epey kolaylaştırdı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Kerem Bey sağolsun şehir dışında olmasına rağmen sorularımıza cevap verip ihtiyaçlarınıza yetişti. Ailecek tekrar ziyaret etmek istediğimiz yazlık tatil evimiz oldu Villa Aka.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Manos was een vriendelijk man, met een mooi verblijf. Wij hebben ons goed kunnen vermaken. Alles was aanwezig wat er beschreven stond. Tot slot een heel goed verblijf en host.

place was nice, clean and enough rooms and beds. close to the beach and stores. we came while it was cold but in summer I am sure the pool will add extra enjoyment. communication was quick and instructions clear. thanks for hosting us .

The accommodation greets you as you arrive by ferry Alkminis father takes you to the accommodation which in the heat of the day is great and also informative We took in some beautiful restaurants especially The secret garden … very special … but do book … great snorkelling and a challenging up hill run if you like some exercise Great bar at the bottom of the accommodation All together beautiful and as busy or calm as you wish you time to be

We loved staying at Claudia’s place - not only was she available as a friendly and knowledgeable person in an unfamiliar town but the house is right inside the old town walls but still very quiet. Most surprising for us is that we could stay in this piece of history - some of the house is hundreds of years old but also with all modern conveniences of aircon and dishwasher - and we had a whole two storey house plus courtyard to ourselves! We were only 2 but could have been 5 and still feel spacious. There is everything you could need — and more.

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, żeby zwiedzić okolicę. W pobliżu znajdują się dobre restauracje. Miejsce w którym można wypocząć, niedaleko do morza, o wiele spokojniej niż na samym wybrzeżu. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się koty.

A nice apartment with everything you could need, and the roof garden is lovely. well positioned just a short walk from the old town, but still fairly easy to find parking and get out of the town to see the rest of the island. Definitely recommend!

Plantelis’s place is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood about 10-15 minutes from the medieval town by foot. It’s spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. There’s a big supermarket a few minutes from the apartment and there’re plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Here’s a recommendation: the restaurant “Pantelis” located just a few buildings from the apartment serves delicious food! Besides, there’re a lot of cute and friendly cats around the house :) In short, the place is charming and Pantelis was very friendly and responsive. As a frequent traveler to Greece, I highly recommend this place.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per otto giorni. Non avevamo controllato in anticipo ma ci siamo accorti che la posizione è davvero ottima, vicinissima a una miriade di bar, ristoranti, market e altri servizi. La via in cui si trova è però molto riparata e silenziosa, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a dormire. Inoltre è vicina alla città vecchia, alla spiaggia e alla stazione centrale degli autobus, tutti luoghi raggiungibili a piedi. La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è però la casa in sé, esattamente come nelle foto e molto ben attrezzata, pulita e in generale carina e accogliente. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili e la comunicazione è sempre stata molto facile. Non avremmo potuto scegliere un appartamento migliore dove trascorrere questa nostra vacanza a Rodi

Georgios was a kind and considerate host and extremely responsive to my questions and requests. The apartment is private, situated in the town centre and has a wonderful terrace. I would have happily stayed on longer and will not hesitate to return. Thank you Georgios!

Die Unterkunft hätte von der Lage nicht besser sein können. Philip war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel, da er uns spontan einen Tag früher rein gelassen hat. Was die Ausstattung der Küche angeht waren wir wunschlos glücklich. Besonders sind uns die Katzen ans Herz gewachsen die uns besucht haben. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Balayı için geldiğimiz bu harika evde huzur dolu zamanlar geçirdik. Kendi evimiz gibi benimsedik. Ekim sonu olmasına rağmen havuza yine de girebildik. Teşekkür ederiz, yine gelmeyi isteriz

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The village is peaceful and lovely, the villa is convenient, beautifully decorated, and clean, and the rooftop was the best part. We are big cooks and cooked quit a bit while we stayed so we loved the fully stocked kitchen with great appliances and everything provided when we asked. Baris was such a great host, welcomed us personally and was very helpful when we needed anything. Recommend staying at this beautiful place.

01-11 Temmuz arasında konakladık.. Halk plajına 15 dk mesafede, Havuzu temiz ve gayet güzeldi. Çevresi gayet huzur dolu bir tatil yaşadık.. Konaklamamız sorasında bize önermiş olduğu turları değerlendirdik ve çok memnun kaldık. Turğut bey çok ilgili ve misafir Perver biri.. İlgi alakasından dolayı çok teşekkür ederizz.

Taraflar dışında gerçekleşen aksiliklere rağmen ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve bize çok destek oldular. Anna ile tanışmak çok güzeldi. Erdem bey de iletişim dahilinde çok yardımcı oldu. Çok tatlı insanlar. Konaklama yeri güzel, sakin ve huzurluydu

Maria was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The house was great and as described. There were a few doors that needed repairing meaning we couldn’t use the largest terrace on the roof and the A/C was broken in a few rooms. The pool was fantastic and a good size. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery and utensils. Overall a great experience.

Delightful cottage in a gorgeous setting-so very peaceful! Vicky and Burcin have thought of so many details to assure needs are met. Both were friendly and responsive. Vicky took time to share details about her beloved garden. She has also prepared a notebook filled with information about the area/culture. It was a delight to read. Highly recommend a stay at Fig Cottage!

Однозначно рекомендую эту виллу для семей или дружеской поездки. Важно: в октябре запасайтесь средствами от комаров!
