Good place to stay in a calm area with some good restaurants and cafes around. Some of the furniture is old but the place has everything you need.

The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was fantastic, responsive, and friendly. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will stay here next time.

With an excellent host like Al I never felt like just another hotel guest. He will treat his guests like family and even go as far as to be your personal guide and in my case, for extensive travel and tours. Proud of his country, Al doesn't waste time to show you local sights and even take you further. Managing a second hotel in Kanchanaburi Al was able to show me less known tourist sights, while also being an incredible source of knowledge. I was very impressed that I could stay in a hostel / residence and get a travel package included. The entertainment and experience I gained through Al's tours and travel proved to be very valuable and memorable. I highly recommend a stay at The Good Sleep Hostel / LM Residence.

Had a great stay. Walkable to Erawan train station which made it easier for us to roam around. Great value ! Would recommend ! :)

Die Einrichtung ist neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Es gibt keinen Verkehrslärm.

Leena is so kind! She is truly an amazing host. I stayed here when arrived to Thailand and I stayed here when I was leaving Thailand. Each time she was very attentive. The first time she brought be breakfast (Thai chicken, bananas). She always responded very quickly to anything that I needed. She made me feel right at home. The staff is very friendly. The place looks JUST like photos. It was very clean. I have no complaints at all. She even gave me a slight discount because I was effected by the earthquake which she did not have to do, but because she is very kind. Will all of that being said I HIGHLY recommend this place. Very comfortable and welcoming stay! (Especially if you want to be close to the airport).

The host Gi is very helpful and hospitable. The condo is lovely and well equiped. It is about a 7 minute walk from the lovely Imperial World shopping mall and and a short walk from there to the BTS station. Getting around via BTS SKYTRAIN is a breeze. There are quite a few historical sites within reach via the BTS.

Had a fantastic stay! The host was welcoming and responsive, the place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again!

Everything was great. The apartment was clean, had a good smell, there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds and couch were comfortable, and the small 3rd room served as an excellent working space for me, with a comfy office chair. The host was friendly and responsive. The location is quiet and I could get a good sleep. It is a bit out of center, but I could still find everything I needed within walking distance. I especially recommend eating at Papa Chef! The only disappointment I had was that the gym isn't air-conditioned, and it's very hot inside. Overall a great apartment, I'll be happy to stay there again.

J’ai passé un confortable séjour, le logement est propre et assez spacieux. Tout les équipements étaient présents. Le jardin et la piscine sont agréable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

the host is friendly and responsive, the room is cosy and clean. near skytrain station, you can meet a lot of visitors from all around the world. but the price is a little high though.

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend

would just suggest adding additional trash bags and obe paper towel roll to start
