Place as described in Airbnb. Very close to the beach and central department store. A very small negative is the one way traffic around the building, so arriving by car is a little complicated, but…google maps worked great. All in all, will be happy to return to Mickey’s place next time we are in Pattaya

Amazing stay at this 1 bedroom seaview condo! The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view – waking up to that every morning was incredible. The location was perfect, can walk to walking street and many restaurants close to local shops and attractions. The host was welcoming and provided great communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Great quiet room near many amenities. Plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. Jonathan was a great host and helped me book taxi’s for airport transfers. Always responsive and helpful!

I am writing this review in fear that I will not be able to book this place again in the future as everyone will want to stay here. The room matched the photos exactly and more. The parking was easy and everything in the compound was great. Will be back again for sure.

really enjoyed my recent stay here. I've stayed at this location a few times and it's one of the better areas to stay in my opinion. nice, clean big room. had a small issue to start that was handled well by the hosts. would recommend and will stay there again if available.

Giggi summer house is perfectly located : 2 kms from the nearest beach (10 minutes by bicycle - Giggi was offering 2 bicycles), between 2 temples and 2 daily markets where food is excellent and into a small street where you are living with Thai locals. it is a great experience as everyone is very kind and helpful. In this street, there is a block of washing machines so doing laundry cannot be easier. The house is nice and comfortable with a open and vaste living room, an open kitchen, toilets and shower room. Bedrooms are set around the patio as it is in traditional thai house. All equipments are available : boiler, kitchen ware, microwave to allow you breakfast and dinner. The bedroom isn't very big but large enought for 2 persons and lugguages. There is a fan on the ceilar and one portable. The hosue is really ventilated that it is cooler during nights. we stayed one month at Giggi and this was a great experience feeling like at home : experiencing real Thai life.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. A piscina é a grande atração do local, pra adultos e crianças a diversão é garantida! A academia é de tamanho médio e tem um espaço aberto se você quiser correr ou se exercitar do lado de fora, ela tem vista pro mar e é bem agradável pela manhã malhar e olhar o mar. A anfitriã foi muito simpática e nos deixou algumas frutas para nossa chegada. A praia está a uns 300 metros e é fácil de chegar caminhando. Voltaríamos para o apartamento em outra oportunidade.

Appropriate for long term stay. Convenient supermarket nearby. 7-Eleven is even closer. When you stay for an extended period of time, there are some issues that come up, but the post responds and takes care of them immediately.　In addition, the staff member, NARA, is a wonderful lady who does what we intend to do. We will definitely stay here again.

An amazing stay in the perfect location! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks much better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best surprise was the powerful air conditioner, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Orada was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—you can walk directly to the beach as soon as you step out of the facility, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside stay. Considering how expensive Pattaya is getting, this place is excellent value for money. Close to everything yet peaceful, it’s truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Trevligt boende med gott om förvaring. Bekväma möbler på balkongen En promenad genom poolområdet sen är man på den långa stranden. Restauranger finns på gångavstånd. Vi har bott i huset tidigare men första gången i den här lägenheten och den är helt klart vår favorit. Vi trivdes utmärkt och Natt som värd är väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt vid kontakt. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet och området.

За 20 лет зимовки в Таиланде, это наверное лучшая квартира, где мы останавливались и лучший хозяин! Квартира была чистая, это наверное первый раз, когда я не бежала в магазин докупать вешалки или сушилки. Было абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфорта. Легкое заселение, теневая сторона. А самая большая благодарность хозяину, за его отзывчивость и заботу. Был на связи 24/7. Решал сразу все возникающие вопросы и просьбы. Я надеюсь вернуться опять
