La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo que necesitas, incluido un centro comercial, grandes supermercados y una parada de autobús que va a Kata, Karon y la playa de Patong, por lo que es increíblemente conveniente. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. Mali fue muy receptivo con cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Su lugar está limpio. La piscina fue genial. Definitivamente la recomendaríamos. La cama es dura, pero aún así dormimos bien.

Muy buena comunicación desde el momento en que reservé. La casa era más hermosa que las fotos, sentimos que estábamos en nuestra propia casa y teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Cuando llegamos a Phuket, Nikita se reunió con nosotros en el aeropuerto, había pensado en todo, incluido el agua y el azúcar en el auto. Había preparado regalos muy agradables para nuestro bebé y para nosotros y una nota que nos hizo muy felices. Conocía muy bien los lugares que visitar, nos llevó a lugares muy agradables con su querida madre, Marina, y lo hicieron completamente voluntariamente. ¡Nos quedamos en este Airbnb con nuestros amigos, el alojamiento era encantador, muy cómodo y limpio! Tuvimos algunas dificultades para encontrarlo, pero el anfitrión fue muy servicial y nos ayudó. Todos los muebles parecían nuevos y estaban en buenas condiciones. El departamento está a 7 minutos del centro comercial Central Phuket, era muy conveniente caminar allí para comprar comestibles o cenas. También tienen todas las marcas de lujo como Dior/LV allí, en caso de que lo necesites) Estuvimos muy contentos de haber elegido este lugar, realmente lo recomiendo

Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia de un mes aquí. El wifi de la habitación era imprescindible, ya que el wifi y el servicio del edificio no eran geniales. También apreciamos que no hubiera tarifas adicionales. Un par de cosas que no se mostraron en las fotos son la vista del balcón que da a otros apartamentos, pero a un lado hay un bonito paisaje verde. Además, hay un espejo de cuerpo entero en el baño. ¡La ubicación fue genial!

Hace poco regresamos de unas vacaciones que pasamos con toda la familia (14 personas, de 3 a 81 años) en una villa en Tailandia, ¡y fue la mejor decisión! A diferencia del hotel, no había necesidad de perder el tiempo explorando la zona, todo estaba a mano. La villa es espaciosa, todos tenían su propia área de recreación. Un placer especial fue el cocinero Win, que nos preparó platos deliciosos y variados. La piscina no tiene límite de tiempo, los niños podrían nadar toda la noche. La propiedad cuenta con todo lo necesario: lavadora y secadora, tenis de mesa, bádminton. La playa está un poco lejos a pie, pero a solo 7–10 minutos en taxi. La playa en sí está limpia, la costa es grande, las olas dependen del clima. La anfitriona de la villa Olga siempre estuvo en contacto, ayudó con cualquier pregunta. Como resultado, la estancia fue inolvidable: ¡comodidad, comodidad y relajación completa! ¡Gracias por la maravillosa experiencia!

Errol is great host. we had a stay for 5 says in this house, and there was some problem with tha water supply, but the Errol tried his best to resolve the issue. the house is full of amenities. it's a beautiful house.

This is a beautiful house with a awesome swimming pool. We stayed in the house happily for the whole month. The host supports us a lot during the period.

Tuvimos una estancia súper cómoda en casa de Joe en Phuket. Los interiores están muy estéticamente hechos, y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La localidad no es la mejor para los turistas, no hay mucho que hacer alrededor y se desierta ligeramente por las noches. En general, una gran estancia para relajarse en la villa junto a la piscina.

Besa was the perfect homeowner. He came in advance to check our accommodation and greet us even though we arrived late, and this house is a very private property. It is close to Old Town and has a view of the sea. However, it is quite far from the downtown areas of Patong and Karon Katabich, so it is not easy to move around late without a car or motorcycle. It is not like Patong Beach, Kata or Karon Beach, but you can see the view toward the port. There is a security guard at the entrance, so you can also pay attention to security. The security guards always saluted me and kindly complied with my request. We were able to stay in a quiet and comfortable accommodation like my house. He always answered quickly and kindly and answered our requests immediately. I will definitely visit here again with my parents.

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Der Gastgeber hat auf alles super und schnell reagiert sogar wo ich den pin vergessen hatte für die Tür hat er ihn mir kostenlos erneut mitgeteilt und war jederzeit erreichbar die Umgebung ist ruhig aber man kommt überall super schnell hin mit dem Roller oder Auto mit Roller sogar extrem günstig ganz Pukhet von dort aus zu erkunden

The apartment is lovely, looks a little bit bigger on the photos, but was not a problem for us. We were 3 people and it was comfortable for us, the couch according to our 3rd person was very comfortable. Everything was prepared for 3 people and what wasn’t, Han’S made his best to deliver what was needed. The apartment is with good location, 5 min to the beach by car, probably around 20-25 min walking distance. Kata beach is perfect for people with kids or those who like calm and quite vacation. The pool is small but with an amazing view to the ocean. The apartment has no view to the ocean, but we found that as a plus, as the sun does not shine directly into the room. Han’S always responded fast and also gave us some tips for restaurants. Also there is a parking spot available included in the price if you are with a car. Laundry service and shop are also available very close by, so that was a plus too. We would definitely stay again at this place.

Nice apartment and good location. Especially if you want to reach the fighter street and Phuket old town. For going to the beach you need 20-30 min. But if you like to ride a scooter it’s fun. It’s a really nice condo with pool and gym 😀 The communication with the host was also super good.

Super nice place! Not to far from bars and the beach a cheap ride on a grab bike away. I was charged 7 baht per kwh. So 3 nights stay was 468 baht extra for electricity. Not horrible but all the ad says electricity is extra and doesnt say the price. I would stay again tho. Pool and the gym are nice !

The condo is new built. The facilities are included gym, swimming pools and common rest areas under trees. It is comfy and feels like home in the apt. If you driving to check in, it has to do the early registration. When I was checked in, due to long queue of cars getting in, I was able to get in easily without an ask for security. The home keys are easy to attain in the mail box of lobby. The parking is spacious. Parking lot is quite near to the lift for me to check in the apt. It’s few footsteps. The apt is clean and equipped new furnitures. However it is recommended for more toilet papers and kitchen paper. The TV remote was out of battery, so I didn’t enjoy TV with Netflix. The door lock was a bit malfunctioned, it needed a harder push for door locked. When I told the host, he is responsive to send staff to check the door lock, it’s warmed. It is close to Phuket town, a lot of good restaurants out there. Overall, the apt is recommended to stay for weeks.

Loved staying here with my family. Good location, love the direct pool access especially with my 6 year old. Felt safe to let her explore & scoot around the property. Very walkable & close to the beach! We loved our stay! Communication was great & we had a flexible late check out which was helpful with a later flight. Will book again.
