Chao was one of friendliest hosts that I’ve ever been to. He was always responsive and flexible. The place matched to our expectations. We were staying at the 12th floor and there was a infinity pool on the 17th floor with a gym, sauna and a common living area.

I stayed in Danni's place for 2 and a half weeks and had a great stay, the amenities were great, the host was very responsive and communicated well, I would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was super welcoming and responsive. The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. clean , responsive host but the neighbours smoke too much weed and cigarettes . if you like to chill out with the open air , would not recommend ( too noisy from the pool and smokes pollution)

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit Nam war einwandfrei, sie meldete sich immer sehr schnell bei uns. Wir waren eine Woche hier und würden immer wieder kommen.

es una gran opción para quedarse en Chian Mai, después de largo día haciendo tours la piscina cae genial, además que tiene una cocina y me salvo de preparar mi comida ya que me había enfermado del estómago y su no fuera que el departamento tenía una cocina implementando no lo hubiera hecho. Es una excelente opción por el precio que se paga.

Nana's apartment was so nice I extended my stay by a couple of days. I would definitely stay in this development again.

Desde el primer día nos sentimos inmersos en un auténtico barrio local.Aunque a escasos 15 minutos a pie de los resorts de lujo, convivimos con la comunidad. Una estancia genial y recomendada a los que se quieran separar del circuito turístico.

Thank you Joe for hosting my family at your place. We had an enjoyable time. Location is very convenient within walking distance.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

Really lovely stay in a great relaxing area of Chang Mai. If you are looking for a quiet place that allows you to explore the beautiful area and meet some nice locals then this is the spot. If you decide to chill and enjoy a day at home then this is a very inviting place that allows you to feel very at home. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the host Michael and his wife were extremely helpful and lovely people!

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans le logement sans aucun regret. Il est bien équipé, bien placé plutôt proche de tout mais silencieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat
