This condo was the perfect option for us while we were in town for a baseball tournament! The condo was very clean with many extra amenities. The space heaters were perfect for an unusually cold weekend after being very warm. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and a variety of snacks were available. These were all great benefits for our cold, busy days! The host was very kind and responsive. We were grateful we were able to check-in early to allow us to get some errands done before our games started. The host provided great details about where to park during the construction and how to find the condo in the building. We would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again. Just as described, beautifully decorated with all the necessities and a great view to top it off. Trisha was available any time to answer my questions and inquiries. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

We had a really fun stay here! We love the old market area of Omaha and didn’t really have to drive anywhere. The condo is beautiful and super cool with the big windows. Kristen is very responsive and a great host which was much appreciated.

I really appreciated Jane, the host. She was so accommodating when my flight kept getting cancelled on the day of my arrival. She reassured me that the condo was waiting for me. I was pleased with the space. It was just what I needed and more. It felt like home. I will definitely be requesting her space every time I return to Omaha.

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

My husband and I decided to pay a spontaneous visit to our son at Creighton University. Neil was extremely flexible with the last-minute booking. He communicated proactively and helpfully. The condo was very clean, well decorated, and spacious. It is such a comfortable place our son wanted to stay with us. The super-soft rug in the living room was amazing! We would definitely recommend this condo and host to others!

My family loved staying here! Patricia was a fantastic host and the place was exactly like the photos! We loved how close the place is to the zoo and downtown area. We definitely will recommend our friends to stay here if ever in the area and we will hopefully be back!

Linda was very responsive, her home was comfortable and nicely appointed. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen. We throughly enjoyed our time at Linda's and would recommend it to others.

Chad’s place is a little piece of heaven! Not only was the home beautiful and in a very nice and very quiet neighborhood, but it was extremely clean and well kept! When you stay at Chad’s, you get exactly what is pictured and described in the listing. We will not hesitate to stay at Chad’s again the next time we need to stay in the Omaha area! We actually wished that we would have had more time to just hang out at the house (especially on the back deck) for a couple more days. Everything was just really nice and wonderful!

What a wonderful property! I enjoyed my stay. Melissa left some fresh flowers, fruit, and muffins, and the home felt so welcoming. I enjoyed relaxing on the front swing porch, and the beautiful neighborhood felt safe to walk.

Truly charming home with lovely spaces at every turn. Comfortable beds and peaceful sitting areas - Difficult to choose my favorite! Upstairs den great for my Zoom meeting; sweet living room couch for late-night book reading; private, enchanting backyard great for take-out or a cup of coffee. Beautiful decor throughout - from kitchen to dining to lower full bath. Simple keyless entry. Quiet neighborhood where homeowners truly cherish their historic homes. Conveniently located to all-things-Omaha. We look forward to future opportunities to return!

I traveled with my elderly father and his 2 friends. They were able to enjoy the first level with tall the amenities and loved the front years space, while the younger me was able to enjoy the entire downstairs living and sleeping quarters. So much room we all had our space.

The house was just what we needed. Our grandkids loved all the toys in the playroom and the pack n play and high chairs made dinner time great. The kitchen had mainly all the amenities we needed, although with 6 adults and two kids, it would have been nice to have a larger non-stick pan to make the potatoes for supper and scrambled eggs for dinner since we had most of our meals there, which was much easier than eating out with two under the age of one.

Absolutely perfect for a cozy staycation! My boyfriend and I loved this spot in Omaha. It was so clean, and the hot tub was a luxurious touch that really elevated the experience. Honestly, I could have stayed in for my entire trip! It's more than ideal for two people. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed – spices, cooking utensils, and pans were all provided. They even had things we'd overlooked! Highly recommend.

cozy is a perfect way to describe this stay. loved how clean everything was and really appreciated the bottled water and snacks after a long road trip. only stayed for one night but the apartment was so comfortable wish I could've stayed longer to relax in it.

I stayed one night at Todd's on a long drive to Chicago - well worth it! The flexible check in was convenient. I got in later than I thought I would, but with the 24 hour check in it was no problem. The mattress was comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a basement, so sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from people moving around upstairs but it wasn't an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Omaha!

This place was a great stay!! it is pretty centrally located in Omaha so you are just a short drive from anywhere you want to explore. There is also lots of walkable food options around. We especially loved the assigned parking space, so we didn't have to worry about street parking. The apartment was clean and very cute, perfect for a couples getaway to Omaha! Definitely recommend!!

Luanne & Joe’s place truly is amazing! Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen & bath. Only a 25 min drive from Omaha which is nice if you want to check out the downtown area which has a ton of great restaurants, malls & breweries! 5 star stay for sure :)

One of my favorite places to stay in Omaha. Quiet, clean, classy, great location.

This was a nice, quiet, and clean place for me to stay as a graduate student. It is an older building but it has been taken care of. Maintenance man is very nice. There was a cart on site for us to use to move stuff like grocerys ect from our cars which was very helpful. Felt safe, there was a door you had to unlock with a key to get into the building. The shared spaces were nice as well. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook and store food. I also appreciated the snacks that were left for me. Definitely will be coming back next time im in town!
