The paperwork was confusing as it refers to a pool but Loula was quick to confirm that there wasn’t one. The beach is right behind the property and the pier isn’t far away for a quick dip into the Indian Ocean. Fantastic restaurants and a bank are within walking distance and the Museum and other historical sites are a must-see!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Right on the beach, 10 min walk to restaurants, next door to Tofo Scuba with a great cafe! Natalino who checked us in was very kind and helpful. The accommodation itself is clean and spacious and you share the large deck with guests at the upstairs apartment. The only downside of this stunning apartment is that you may encounter selfish noisy guests in the upstairs apartment as we did. But that’s not the owner’s fault. Maybe book the upstairs one?

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed! The house matches the pictures and description perfectly! the staff was amazing and always helpful! we got all the help we needed with shopping and organising tours to see the island! Definitely the place to stay in Vilanculos

We had a very (very) early check in, with very short notice - think like half an hour notice- Yet Corinna was able to accommodate us. She was very responsive, warm and super welcoming. The house is as described: super nice, and everything is thought to be outdoor. We loved it. Especially the main outdoor bathroom! Thanks for having us, I will recommand your place warmly to our friends in Maputo :)

It was an amazing stay the bungalow was set in beautiful surroundings beautiful trees and Birdlife , there is easy access to the inland salt water lake which has an inflow so great for water sports. There is a 10min drive to Bilene which is set on the shoreline of the lake there is an abundance of places to eat and drink and the market area is full of bargains

We had such a wonderful stay! Sam is such a great host! He made fries for the kids, helped us carry little Isabella to the beach each day, he even cooked dinner for us one evening. It was delicious. This beach house is a hidden gem. So peaceful and calm. We felt really safe and could really enjoy some time to rest. The pool and garden is amazing and Sam takes really good care of it. Djamila is a fantastic host. Very responsive and aleays helpfull. Our stay was very peaceful and plenty of relaxation time combined with activities in the area ensured everyone could do what they enjoy. The view from the house is amazing and Alberto is super.

Amazing house just a few steps from the gorgeous beach! We loved the garden and pool too. The staff were amazing as well. We had such a lovely time!

This is a hidden gem - perched on the banks of a sand dune overlooking the beach, which is a short 2min trundle down the dune. Watch out for the hot sand in Summer as you make your way to the beach! You need a 4x4 to manage through the soft sand, (HINT - remember to deflate your tyres) which certainly does keep the masses away. Large home made from natural, local material with the most amazing views and sunsets to truly blow one away. Luis checked us in and was always on call - We had fresh veg and rolls brought to us daily as well as seafood fit for royalty. Everything that we needed had been thought of, so much so that we only ever had to leave to draw money for local purchases.

A casa Vila Flor é muito agradável, com uma vista fantástica para a praia (a janela enorme da sala, permite apreciar o mar e o azul do céu). A casa é muito acolhedora e os house keepers muito prestativos. A cozinha está bem equipada, casa limpa, arrumada, e o espaço exterior é fantástico - piscina e braai muito acessível. Tem um caminho directo e de fácil acesso para a praia. A casa não tem Wi-Fi, é necessário a compra/carregamento do cartão para se introduzir no router. Overall, estadia espectacular, tendo a Dalila sido uma anfitriã muito disponível e responsiva! Iremos regressar, com certeza!
