This is a fantastic villa! Brand new, spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Everything had been thought of, including washing powder, first aid to name a couple. Really beautiful, warm pool and outdoor area. It’s as good as it looks! Lovely peaceful surroundings but within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. Really great hosts, who were super responsive and helpful, meeting us on arrival, showing us round the villa and then sending on loads of info about local places to see and eat. Cannot rate this highly enough!

We loved our stay at Kyriakos and Christina’s villa, the place is stunning with the most amazing views. The place was spotless with everything needed for our stay. Instructions on how to get there were very helpful and Kyriakos greeted us upon arrival, despite us being earlier than we thought. He was a perfect host, making us feel very welcome. I would recommend this villa and would recommend hiring a car to visit Tsivili and Planos for evenings out

This villa is a gem! As first time visitors to Kefalonia, this turned out to be the perfect location for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teenagers). Peaceful, with gorgeous views from every bedroom and a magnificent pool area, but close enough to Argostoli and other towns to make restaurants, shopping, church, etc doable. Even though it's near the airport, there was no noise and I think we honestly only saw one plane take off. I feel like you do need a car to get around the island. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but we figured it out and our host met us at the villa, which was such a nice touch. The house is amazing, super clean with every amenity you would need (ironing board + iron, hair dryers, washing machine, drying rack, full kitchen, plenty of towels). We even found a bottle of wine, bread and fruit for us on check-in. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we're ever lucky enough to return to Kefalonia. It was magic!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The location was perfect for exploring and discovering all the beautiful spots around. The host was very friendly and communicated well, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My stay here was just what my partner and I wanted! We traveled in the off-season so not much was open except in the main city (no tourist restaurants or beach cafes), but exploring the city by the water was wonderful, plenty to eat and see. The stay was wonderful! Nice bathroom, beautiful outdoor area, and great company from the kitties. We were shown in and given plenty of information. Only down side was the bed…not the most comfortable sleep ever, but the beauty surrounding made up for it. ;) Thank you!

Konstantina et sa famille ont été d'une hospitalité et d'une générosité sans égal. De nombreuses attentions nous ont été accordées pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Vous ne trouverez pas d'hôtes plus accueillants, ça a été un réel plaisir de faire leur connaissance. Le logement est exactement comme dans la description. Piscine entretenue journalièrement, le logement était impeccable également. Localisation stratégique pour se promener un peu partout sur l'île. Il est cependant nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Nous avons eu droit à plusieurs jours de pluie durant notre séjour, mais la superbe villa ainsi que les petits plats qui nous ont été offerts généreusement nous ont vite fait oublier se désagrément. un vrai plaisir, nous y retournerons.

Ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns mit Fragen stets an den Gastgeber wenden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

What a wonderful week! George and Sofia were extremely kind and attentive hosts, giving us all the help and information we needed. As we arrived late, Sofia offered us some delicious stuffed peppers and had left us a bottle of wine plus stuff for our first breakfast, which we really appreciated. It’s in a great location with lovely views from the private terrace across the garden and olive groves to the sea. Although less than a mile to the airport, it was very quiet (only a handful of flights a day). There’s a small mini market up the road, and LIDL and Kritikos supermarkets are about 10 minutes’ drive away. Just 10-15 minutes’ drive to the capital Argostoli, it’s a great base to explore the island by car. There was tea, coffee and essentials like olive oil, salt and pepper and all the appliances you need to cook – we loved breakfasts on the balcony and dinner on the terrace as the sun set. If we return to Kefalonia, we would definitely stay here again. Many thanks, George and Sofia!

Such a beautiful location. The view is a dream. The beds and bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5. Our hosts were so responsive and helpful. Great restaurants, shopping bakery and cofre a short walk away. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Die Lage ist großartig, nur 10 min vom Hafen zu Fuß, trotzdem ruhig und fast ländlich. Das beste ist aber der Gastgeber, immer für einen da, freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit,offen aber nie aufdringlich. Er geht ganz individuell auf seine Gäste ein und die Gespräche mit ihm waren interessant und bereichernd. Ich kann nur nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank sagen für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und daß er sogar mit mir zum Strand gefahren ist, wenn jemals wieder Ithaka dann nur bei ihm!

Maria's Studios was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious veranda was perfect for eating, reading or just staring at the stars. The location was ideal for exploring the island. The nearby village offered a peaceful and authentic Greek experience with a small mini market and an exceptional restaurant. The beach at the bottom of the hill is also lovely with crystal clear waters and lots of snorkelling. Katerina and her daughter were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, they treated us like part of their family. They also provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities. We highly recommend Maria's Studios to families looking for a charming and affordable accommodation in Kefalonia. very beautiful building and very beautiful interior. it really stands out for its cleanliness it is absolutely spotless and the hallways smell beautiful. The apartment itself has been designed to an extremely standard. it most definitely deserves and justifies its luxury name. the air con was fabulous the water was hot the beds were comfy. and the technology was modern. free netflix which was a plus and very lovely host. and more than one balcony to sit at

Tutto come da descrizione, fotis e sua moglie si sono rivelati super disponibili e accoglienti. Ci hanno dato un sacco di informazioni utili sui luoghi da visitare spiagge ristoranti ed attività. Tutto perfetto!!

Η Βασιλικη ηταν πολυ καλη οικοδεσποινα και το σπιτι ηταν πολυ καθαρο.

Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek, zdecydowanie polecam dla osób ceniących spokój i ciszę. Gospodarze pomocni ale bardzo dyskretni, nie zakłócają swoją obecnością pobytu. Apartament czysty, przestronny i wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy. Mogliśmy dzięki temu zrobić sobie małe śniadanie i zaraz po nim ruszyć na zwiedzanie wyspy. Śniadania niemal zawsze spożywaliśmy na stoliczkach, umiejscowionych przed rezydencją w cieniu palm. Dzięki temu mieliśmy piękny widok na Morze Jońskie. Jeśli potrzebny jest internet, to w apartamencie jest świetny sygnał wifi. Jeśli przyjedziecie autem, jest możliwość zaparkowania w miejscu zacienionym drzewami oliwnymi. Dzięki temu samochód nie był rozgrzany. Polecam z czystym sercem!

Notre séjour chez Tasos et son épouse Sinead s’est très bien passé et a été au delà de nos attentes . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - La proximité immédiate avec les plages et le centre de Kalamaki (tout est à 5 minutes). - toutes les bonnes surprises fournies et que nous n’avions pas forcément identifiées à la lecture de l’annonce : linge de plage et de maison fourni en quantité, passage d’une femme de ménage tous les 3 ou 4 jours , provisions de première nécessité fournies pour les premiers jours …. - la réactivité ultra rapide des hôtes à la moindre question / demande : « aussitôt dit , aussitôt fait ! » . - l’organisation de la maison qui a été pensée dans les moindres détails et qui donne l’impression que « tout est simple » ! Nous sommes également des super hôtes Airbnb et nous avons pu apprécier tout le travail , l’engagement et la passion que Tasos et Sinead ont mis dans leurs différents logements Airbnb avec l’obsession de toujours fournir le meilleur service.

Ωραίος χώρος και καθαρός Στο κέντρο της χώρας πάνω από τον πεζόδρομο. Το μόνο αρνητικό που από ότι καταλάβαμε ήταν για όλη την χώρα είναι το πάρκινγκ

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

En veldig fin og hyggelig leilighet med balkong som gir både skygge og sol. Sengene var veldig komfortable. I gangavstand til sentrum/gågate (10 min ca). kort vei til supermarkeder (2 min). air conditioning fungerte bra i både soverom og stue! Veldig fornøyd og anbefaler Dimitris leilighet for opphold i Argostoli!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Angelo and his mother were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in a lovely location, is compact and clean and all the amenities , air con, WiFi etc. worked well. It is a little remote unless you have a car, but that suited us ok as we enjoy walking. It’s about 15-20 minutes to Tsivili and apart from the Restuarent in the Erietta development next door, the nearest ones are a 10 minute walk away.
