A real gem of a spot, Sarah is a superb host, adding in little details that make your stay that much more comfortable. Absolutely will book here again. Everything you need to be totally self-sufficient, so convenient to all amenities. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Ian and Ailsa were so kind and took initiative to help us when needed. They respected our space and they were very quiet. Ian and Ailsa were so warm-hearted toward us. They made us feel welcome but most importantly safe by meeting us at check-in to introduce themselves. Our little family appreciates the yummy snacks, lovely bedding and coziness Ian and Ailsa had to offer! Highly recommend the stay everyone! 🥰

Wonderful hosts and very nice place! We were just in town for one night and this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay again!

Christine's place was ideal for us as we had family down the road. Very quiet, everything provided, loved the cereals and snack treats. Access to a lovely backyard with outdoor seating. Very clean and tidy with lovely linen. The separate lounge was a real bonus. Unusual entry through the garage, but that was very easy. Christine was excellent to communicate with and all instructions and advice were clear and easy to follow . Loved our 3 nights there and will stay again. Thanks Christine

What an awesome stay and pleasant surprise. We were running very late due to highway closure because of a fatal incident. It was so reassuring to arrive with lights switched on and frontvdoor invitingly open. Cath has literally thought of everything - from bread, milk, spreads, butter, jam & cereals right down to bathroom basics such as toothbrushes, etc. And more than enough towels might I add - something which is usually lacking. I travel quite a bit at home and have to say that this place is really a high standard in terms of convenience and also location. Not to mention nice comfy beds - perfect for weary traveller's like us. 😊 Cath is such a considerate host thinking of the "small things" making this feel like home away from home! Definitely recommend her place and would have given more than 5 stars 🌟 if that was an option.

i've stayed at Brendon and Sali's places a few times now and we've become good friends. They will always be my first choice for accomodation when I come back to Auckland. The Cottage is well-located to take advantage of everything The Bays have to offer.

Mikes place was great, comfortable and a great location close to public transport, Newmarket and the city. Mike was a great host, friendly and caring, he even lent us an umbrella for the rain and Hop cards for the bus. Highly recommend

This is hands down the best Airbnb to stay at while visiting Auckland! The view from the deck is absolutely stunning—you can watch the most beautiful sunsets right from the comfort of your stay. The place was spotless, fully stocked with everything you might need, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were absolutely lovely—super welcoming and checked in a few times to make sure everything was perfect. They were always ready to help out if needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Auckland!

Rose’s Airbnb is the perfect place to relax after long travel in New Zealand. The glasshouse was magical and so intimate. The hot tub was peak and fun to be surrounded by a clean, organised junglelike environment. She and Terryn knows how to make her guests feel special with welcome gifts and treats - wait until you try the smores! The only negative we have is that we couldn’t stay longer! Next time we will!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful Herne Bay apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there — the space was comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, with lovely touches throughout. We especially appreciated the amenities in the fridge and the chocolates — a generous and welcoming gesture. Herne Bay is a stunning area, and Terry and Ruth were excellent hosts and communicators. Check-in was seamless with the keypad entry. We hope to return again in the future.

We loved the homely atmosphere of this accommodation, so clean and cosy, and can relax either in a bathtub or on the deck. Great host, great space! 👍

Beautiful place, very peaceful, surrounded by nature. I could only hear the birds and the wind. I'm pretty sure a Ruru visited me at night. Kyra is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We loved our stay in Riverhead. The unit is great, it included everything we needed for two adults and a toddler. The bed upstairs was comfortable, there were great linens and towels. The breakfast was a great addition. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the family friendly brewery and local playgrounds. Karen is a great host. She provided clear and proactive communication and she even included some toys for our daughter to play with. Highly recommend staying here.

Penelope 's place was very stylish, spacious & spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. As there are others staying in the house there is a bit of noise through the walls but not excessive. Lovely spot overlooking Auckland but away from the craziness!

Had an amazing stay at Jill’s waterfront apartment! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Waking up to stunning water views was a highlight, and the location was perfect—close to everything but peaceful and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!

Lovely place in a great location - just across the road from the beach! There’s a cafe and a couple restaurants right next door. Walking distance to Mairangi Bay. Would recommend :)

Had a lovely stay! Sarah is a brilliant host and gave us great local eating recommendations. As advertised, the space is cosy for family of 3 adults, but perfectly comfortable. The hill is steep, but this is offset by the location: ~2 km from city on the trail & easy access to buses & trains! We'd love to come back 💙

The location was perfect for our plans and there was a public transport option if needed. It was a very quiet and private spot with evrything you needed. Wendy was a great hostess and very welcoming.

As hosts, they were truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and incredibly generous with local tips that made our stay even more special. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and perfect for our family. The kitchen made mealtimes a breeze, and the bedroom was a calm, cozy haven after our days out exploring. It was a stay that blended comfort, care, and a true sense of welcome—one we’ll remember fondly and happily recommend to any family visiting Auckland.

Die Unterkunft in Auckland war perfekt für unsere letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug. Sie liegt nah am Flughafen (mit dem Mietwagen) was super praktisch war und in einer super ruhigen Lage. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I have stayed here multiple times and the place is perfect for what I need. Great location that is close to town and an easy walk to Ponsonby Road. Comes with an off-street park as well so very handy. Hosts are lovely and the place is always very clean. Will be back again!

Lovely peaceful environment, clear instructions and easy to find. Very friendly welcome by John and Swava. The little studio was perfectly clean modern and well supplied. Highly recommend!
