Renta de villas vacacionales en Mount Athos

We felt very welcomed by Lefteris & his family. The location is write across the main road, but there is not too much noise during the night. There is a big garden at the back of the house, a barbeque (which we used quite a lot), very-well maintained grass, where our daughter felt happy to run & play. The first floor of the house is quite spacious. It has 2 bedrooms, one living room with a kitchen, a big fridge and most of the kitchen tools that you need. There is also air-conditioning, which made our stay comfortable. There are some drawbacks of the location of the villa, which are mainly connected to the beach access. You have to use a car to go to the nearest beach. Also, there is no street sign of the "SOLE Villa" which is clearly visible when coming from the main road, so you can get confused the first time you arrive. I would recommend to the hosts to invest in buying a street sign with the name of the villa. Nearest beach which is good for small children is Talgo.

Eleni is a great host, very friendly and polite. She took the time to show us the house and made recommendations on shops, beaches and other places of interest. The house is clean and spacious, and is located in a beautiful place, close to nature and away from noise. You can get to shops, restaurants easily by car. Nearby beach is very nice.

Wir (4 Erwachsene) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Efis Haus, in Agios Nikolaos und überhaupt auf Sithonia. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr persönlich eingerichtet und viele typisch griechische Details. Besonders haben wir die überdachte Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und herrlichem Blick bis zum entfernten Meer und Athos genossen. Das Dorf ist noch sehr ursprünglich mit schöner Platia, netten Tavernen, Cafes und Bars und kleinen Supermärkten und Bäcker. Alles fußläufig, aber die Lage des Hauses trotzdem sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Die Halbinsel Sithonia ist noch wenig touristisch, es gibt wunderschöne Sandstrände und Buchten mit unglaublich klarem türkisgrünem Meer.

First of all many thanks to Christina for the wonderful stay, it's always nice to know that you can contact the host at any time if you have questions or problems and you will be helped immediately. The accommodation is really fantastic, even better than in the pictures! Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay. If you like to spend your vacations in quiet, relaxed areas then this is the right place for you. The view is amazing, the beach is small but gives you enough room to chill on a sun lounger. The water is crystal clear with some stones in the first two meters but after that it gets completely sandy. I would recommend to wear water shoes. Some complained about the traffic noise, but we didn’t notice any of that. You also definitely need a car to explore Halkidiki and to reach the nearest supermarket, fish shop, restaurants etc. at Neos Marmaras. If you like seafood I would highly recommend you to visit Taverna Ta Kymata, best seafood we had in a long time.

Not only one of my best experiences with Airbnb, but overall as a traveller. Nikos is a great host. The property 5/5, the villa 5/5 and the host is 5+/5. Communication before made everything easy. We were a group of 8 and everyone of us wants to come back next year. The beach right in front of the property is god's gift for this outstanding project. Explore the waters with the SUPs, play volleyball at the beach or just sunbathe. Kitchen -indoor and outdoor- are well equipped. The next town with supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries is only a few minutes away. You can go for a hike, dive or rent a boat or other water sports equipment nearby. We fell in love with this place!

Very nice place. Everything is new, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a private parking lot. They also made the rooms and the yard cozy with small accessories, all within the bounds of good taste. The host is very kind and helpful, we even received a small gift at the end. There is a bakery a few steps away, and a butcher shop nearby. Rooms The furniture in the room is new, the beds are in good condition and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped (dishes, cutlery, oven, hob, kettle). There is a 2 big terraces with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast. There is also a clothes drying rack. Half a kilometer away is the coastal promenade, which runs along the bay from the shore of Sykia, with a beautiful view of Mount Athos and is lined with taverns. There are several beautiful beaches within a 5-10 km radius.

We were excited to come and live there for one week. The appartments are comfortable and provide a good level of comfort. Mosquito nets installed on every window, well equipped kitchen, air conditioner in every room - it is indeed a comfortable family vacation house! On top of that you have a beach just in front of the house with clean shore and turquoise water and most importantly, not so crowded. Communication with Anna was easy and neat, she waited for us and let us do late check-in and she accommodated our request to bring few more kitchen supplies just the same day. My recommendation!

The house is very cozy and comfortable. Easy to get there and to check in. The owner is a very nice girl and it’s easy to communicate with her. The rooms are specious, clean and with big wardrobes. The veranda is a great place for relaxing with a nice garden in front of it. Actually the garden is shared with 3 smaller houses but trees, bushes and some decorations give you enough privacy. The area is very quite, two tavernas in a walkable distance and more that you can get by car.

The house is huge with everything you need for a nice holiday, including basic groceries in the kitchen - water, flour, sugar, spices, etc. Lovely views from the veranda and surrounding nature. The yard is also very big, but not really suitable for small children to play. The beach across the road is very private and natural, it is more rocky than sandy. The host is very friendly, responsive and proactive. Overall, we had a relaxing and happy holiday.

We had a perfect stay. The Vila looks even better than in the pictures. Every one of the 3 rooms has a private bathroom and shower, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The place is squeaky clean and facilitated to perfection. It is right on the beach with a private spot all for yourself. The beach is very calm and beautiful and not crowded at all. Vasso and the team were very responsive and kind. The perfect host. The town is short drive away and there are excellent restaurants. Truly blessed to have had the opportunity to stay with Vasso.

Above and beyond. Great location and amenities, amazing communication and helpful staff. Christos was so kind to personally bring us the delicious breakfast every morning. It’s a luxury experience through and through in a unique and beautiful setting. Can’t wait to explore some of the other villas

Had a great stay at Nancy’s place, which is ideal for a no-frills, summer beach/water sports bonanza like we were looking for. We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the staff at the beach bar in front of the villa were helpful and kind. It is a very sought-after beach so there are lots of people and cars there every day, but definitely possible to have more space to oneself when walking down the beach towards the end of the cove. The house and amenities are correct and tastefully set up, but not luxurious. The terrace and the living area are welcoming and generous. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it for a stay - we were there for a week for a family holiday of 8 people, of which two young kids.

Vassilios and his wife were very welcoming and helpful! They showed us around in the house, provided good information on neighbourhood and quickly tried to answer our questions, even through personal messages. The house was everything you can hope for. It offers lots of space, it is clean, has comfortable furniture and air coditioning in every room, and it has lots of little places to enjoy breakfast or an afternoon coffee. Pricewise, for me, it‘s on the more pricey end, buuut I definitely recommend anybody to live at Vassilios‘s place, if you are 6 to 8 people looking for a special place that immediately gives you the feeling of being „at Home“. All the best!!

Absolutely fantastic place !!! Villa is located 5 minutes walking distance to the one of the best beach in Halkidiki - Sithonia - Blue beach . I stayed in this beautiful Villa with my family. There is very good garden and my children had a great time there . Villa itself is new renovated and everything is so fresh and clean and new. We really felt like at home . There was a bottle of wine on the table when we checked in . We feel a great care from hosts . Good supermarkets at the walking distance was very comfortable for us as well . Dimitris is very responsive to all our letters and check in and check out process was very smooth . I am very happy and lucky that I stayed in this Villa and will definitely come back again . Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in den Geko Suites bei Carlo. Er ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Nachrichten antwortet und sich jeder Frage annimmt. Die Bungalows sind perfekt gelegen und bieten viel Privatsphäre. Es gibt fünf Bungalows mit Basic Ausstattung, daher empfehle ich, bei der Buchung nachzufragen, welcher verfügbar ist. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und ich kann die Geko Suites definitiv weiterempfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay there, a lovely villa, the hostess gave a quick response to every request, the sea is a 3-minute walk away, we arrived right at the end of the season and it was still great fun

we spend a great time in Konstantina and Dimitris's place. They were really easy to communicate with, they welcomed and advised us about what to do in the region. The villa is perfect for 5-6 people, with air conditionning. We experienced short water supply problems, due to the fires in Greece, but nothing to trouble our vacation there! i recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was extremely helpful and gave us a thorough tour of the house upon arrival. The house itself is impressive, with four floors to explore. The top room, although lacking a door, was very cool and featured a huge, comfortable bed. The surrounding area is very quiet, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The pool was a great addition and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway. Great stay!

We stayed at the villa with a group of 6 friends for a week, and it was absolutely amazing! The villa was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was large and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor charcoal grill was a huge plus, and we made several dinners on it. Overall, a stunning place, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway! Our host was fantastic—very friendly and responsive. Ilias made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. Also great recommendations! A truly wonderful experience!

Casă a fost conform așteptărilor, ideală pentru familii cu copii, care preferă bazinul. Curățenia a fost făcută după 3 zile de cazare și zilnic împrejurul casei. Foarte mare ograda, cu mai multe mese și șezlonguri. Totodată, în regiune sunt plaje multe și frumoase, la distanță de la 7 km, deplasarea fiind cu mașina. Pentru iubitorii de odihnă cu deplasări la plaje diferite este o alegere foarte bună.
