Our favorite part of this Airbnb was the easy 3 block walk to the beach and path alongside the ocean offering incredible views. It is also exceptionally clean, comfortable and has a large, well-stocked kitchen for cooking. And while it is located in a neighborhood, the backyard feels very private with a large patio area. We were in town for a medical conference so didn't get to explore the area much but would recommend New Leaf for groceries in Half Moon Bay and exploring Half Moon Bay downtown area. Rita is a proactive host and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again!

Laura and Darren were wonderful hosts. Super helpful and communicative. It was lovely having access to the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.

The place is truly amazing with a lot of attention to detail. The cherry on the cake was seeing some nice wild animals circling around the house which made our daughter quite happy.

A wonderful house in an exquisite location. We had the most lovely spring break with our nature loving kids. The owners clearly love and take care of this home. It’s a special place! Highly recommend and we would definitely return.

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

I needed a quiet place to work for a week, and Jeff’s place was perfect— peaceful, cozy, and pristinely organized. I cooked most meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. The view is magical— right on the sand overlooking the ocean. It’s hard to leave when you get used to falling asleep to waves crashing! Will definitely be back.

This was my third stay- whenever I want to go off the grid but have all of the comforts of home, this is the first place I think of (I’d probably have more stays here but I am pretty much a spontaneous booker, so Vicki’s place isn’t always available when I want a local getaway). If you’re not local, it’s also a great home base for everything Santa Cruz County has to offer. Vicki is an excellent host and I highly recommend!

Almost don't wanna be honest for fear of this place always being booked! Perfect for two families of four, or perfect for whatever combination you got. We loved the place, inside and out. It's not huge, but it's not cramped either. The outside living spaces are functional and beautiful. I'd estimate 65 yards to your beach spot. AND, you got four parking spaces! We'll be back.
