My family of 7 (all adults) enjoyed our stay at Vinny’s beautiful home on the Delaware River. What a great location! The living-room was full of comfy seating and was spacious enough to spread out but also to socialize. Vinny allowed us to host a post-Thanksgiving brunch so we could enjoy some time with cousins in PA. We’re so grateful! This house was absolutely perfect for that, Christmas tree included! As others mentioned, be prepared to slow down and find the driveway when arriving. And yes, it’s a steep one, but you’ll make it. :-) Vinny was super friendly, quick to respond. Thanks, again!

This cabin is as lovely as the pictures promise. Me, my husband and our 40-pound travel pet, Bella-Moose, did more than enjoy our stay here — we were able to do some healing too. A few days before our visit while on I-70 in Ohio, we had a steer tire blowout on our 40 foot truck custom cab big truck. I was driving at the time, my husband was in bed and that event shook me like a rag doll. It shook us all. We put the truck in the shop for repair in Philadelphia and needed to find a place to rest and recuperate. Adam’s cabin was the ticket for many reasons. This entire space is incredibly inviting. The moment you walk in it feels restful. I really appreciated their thoughtful touches throughout this space. From the wood walls, wood floors, stone sinks/shower, to the soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms - no synthetic scents or cover-ups. Just a wonderful, well appointed, spacious cabin to relax and rest. we were 9 people and had a comfortable, relaxing stay at RJ's place. We were looking for a cozy place in quiet area. The jacuzzi and kids games upstairs where great.

Melissa’s place is amazing. Such a great space - house, sauna, and hot tub impeccably clean, super comfy bed and above and beyond details that made our stay feel like a four star hotel but with all the comforts and privacy of a Poconos air bnb. The master bedroom (which does include a soaking tub w jets!) alone was worth it. We look forward for our next opportunity to stay at Melissa’s!

A very easy place to stay: Nicely decorated, immaculate, TV loaded w/Apps, lotsa books, games, new appliances, comfortable beds and a shower like none I've ever experienced. We encountered an AC outlet problem to which Morgan (host) immediately responded with needed info for a quick fix. All this, including an easy transition both in and out, made for a very nice rental.

I stayed here with my 2 small children for a spontaneous getaway for kids spring break. As some may know traveling with kids especially solo is no easy task, It was so resfreshing how clear and QUICK Vinny responded . The house was so great loved the Hot tub . It was a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Vinny!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years. Not all reserved by myself. However, this is definitely in the top of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed at. That’s really important to me. I know things get missed sometimes, but I don’t want to see a strand of hair in the fridge I’m putting my food in or in the shower I’m washing my body in. Sometimes it’s inevitable and easily missed. But just a little more attention to detail eliminates that slight miss. Speaking of attention to detail, Lisa truly made me feel special when I walked in the door to a personalized note on the kitchen counter w/coffee and a snack. That type of attention to detail goes a long way with me. Just a simple thoughtful gesture. It’s the little things that are important! Also during our stay, Lisa remained in communication with me with any questions I had. It was an awesome stay with some preteens and a toddler. The teens enjoyed the game room while the toddler enjoyed the mini kitchen perfect for her size. Thank you!!

I booked this property as a kind of ad hoc writing retreat. It was the perfect location to complete what work I needed to do. A quick drive into Sparta for restaurants and supplies also made this a great location.

The cabin was as pictured. It was quaint, cozy and very clean. The views outside were wonderful. My partner and our two dogs stayed for the weekend and found it great for all of us! There was even a little basket of dog items to use! Highly recommend for a little quiet getaway!

This was a great getaway for a group of friends! Some specific callouts: - The open floorplan in the main room (kitchen / dining area / livingroom area) worked perfectly for people to simultaneously be on their laptops at the large dining table, or cooking a meal, or playing a game, while all still interacting - The pool table was an unexpected highlight! - Groceries and trails were a short drive away (~15 minutes) - The hot tub has a skylight right above it, and if you turn off all the lights in the room, you can see so many stars on a clear night

beautiful little place in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from Greenwood Lake and Warwick. Julie was super responsive and very helpful! One thing to note - though the listing says up to seven people, it would definitely be a squeeze. me and my boyfriend stayed there with a friend and that was the perfect amount of people.

Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. Nidhi’s place was gorgeous and comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. Nidhi was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Rented this place last minute to spend a few days hiking local trails. It was bigger and cozier than it looks in the pictures, clean, thoughtfully stocked with first aid supplies, toothbrushes and toothpaste, clean towels, coffee and a fully functional kitchen. Shana provided a thorough list of instructions, local recommendations (detailed descriptions of trails, restaurants, etc.) and responded quickly. Hard to imagine a more perfect place to stay in the area.

We had such a great time with ample space to relax and/or to play family activities! Scenic location! Also a great location to get to and from other destinations! ie Legoland, American Dream Mall etc. !!

Beautiful, clean 3-bedroom 1-bathroom house with comfortable beds, plenty of light during the day, quiet neighborhood, close to Shawnee Mountain and Delaware Water Gap recreation areas. Restaurants, grocery stores, gasoline are a 10-minute drive to Milford Rd (Route 209). We visited for a weekend in January 2025 to ski. We plan to try to reserve this again when we next come to this area.

Amazing serene getaway in greenwood lake. The place is even more spectacular in person than the pictures with a wonderful view. Very peaceful and quiet and the place was spotless with everything we needed when we arrived.

This is a beautiful piece of property. We saw deer & eagles while sitting in the hot tub overlooking the view. The community is really cool too, and I hope to be able to come back when the winter activities are going.

Exactly as described. Hosts provided excellent, detailed instructions for check in and check out. They also provided ample information on how to use things like the hot tub and sauna. Listing described the location perfectly; a very private and peaceful property. Would recommend and would visit again

The place was as advertised... quicky and cozy!!!!! check in was super easy and deb was a great host. Despite my forgetfulness about us having two dogs she was understanding and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time renting an airbnb and boy did our gracious host Noemi set the bar high! If you are the type that can appreciate an 1840’s cottage in a town rich with American history, stop right here and BOOK this location. You will not be disappointed. The house is full of charm, the town (straight 10 minute walk to the heart of new hope) is majestic and did I say our host was amazing? She was and we cannot wait to go back!
