We had a wonderful weekend at James’s house! The house was perfect for two families with young children— one family could stay on each floor without crying babies bothering each other. It was a treat to have so many different seating areas to choose from. The yard is absolutely stunning and our dog was in heaven. We wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Lovely lake home with beautiful views, both from the living room and outside deck. The house was well stocked with everything you would need including spices and coffee! We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Our family spent an idyllic 4 days at Pickle Farm!! Gorgeous surroundings, beautiful historic farmhouse with modern updates. We did not want for anything! Communications with host and property manager were perfect. I would go back this weekend if I could!! (Whoever is there in the next week will be treated to a spectacular show of daffodils and tulips!!)

My family and I had an amazing stay at Michael's place! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and with great detail. Michael's communication was not only quick but also warm and courteous, making me feel welcome even before we arrived. The accommodation itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Michael even went the extra mile by providing local recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family (five adults) stayed here over the July 4th weekend. We had a fabulous visit and would definitely stay here again. House was better than description. Raphael was excellent communicator and flexible. If you can’t do steps, then you should find another house. There were multiple deck areas on several levels, so there is a lot of outdoor space. There were two grills. Brand-new dock. Plenty of seating on every level. Thrilled that host had arranged for temporary air conditioners during hot weekend (that was a great welcome surprise). My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

This was a Super Great Experience. We stayed for almost a year. Host was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. The place is awesome for those looking for a long term stay or short stay as well. Very safe and quiet environment with great neighbors. We recommend the place with not only 5 stars but 10 stars.

Beautiful place with lots of different types of spaces to hang out in! Great set-up that it allowed individual privacy while still having larger group areas. Very minor inconvenience but the wifi didn't reach to the bottom floor. Kitchen had all the basic necessities and was great for group cooking and meals.

Excellent stay at the Ave. Second time there. Easy check in and clean/spacious apartment that was well appointed.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

Lisa was an amazing host! She did her best to accommodate my family, and then some! The house felt like home. It was a great experience!

My family and I stayed for the weekend while in town for a wedding. House was spacious and just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We all loved staying and wished we were able to stay for longer. There were zero issues. Check in went smoothly. Our teenagers loved the ping pong table, pool table and the space loft!

Eryn goes above and beyond! She’s WONDERFUL! You’re in good hands if you stay here. Also, it’s a nice, quiet apartment near a park. Highly recommend!

The location of Kate's place is great for what I was looking for, access to hiking and waterside activity, she more than accommodated our stay with our pet. The interior space is more bare bones, but you can see personal effort was made to make it neat and pleasant. It is well equipped for sleeping and indoor/outdoor cooking, and the porch and its view are as gorgeous and pleasant to sit in as in the photos.

Really enjoyed our stay. Neighbors were friendly. The place was immaculate and the directions were spot on. Easy checkin and the our Host was extremely proactive. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely short stay at Amber’s lake house. The area was quiet and peaceful with ducks and geese swimming across the lake and in warmer weather could definitely see enjoying swimming or kayaking by the dock. It was chillier weather for us but we still enjoyed fishing by the dock just for fun and sitting by the big windows with a coffee overlooking the water. The home itself was comfortable and clean. My kids enjoyed sleeping on the bunk beds and there was plenty of room for family to spend time together or find their own cozy corner to relax. Amber was a responsive host and we appreciated this quick getaway.

Renee was a great host. Check in was easy, the garage and doors were easy to use, Renee was responsive to all of our questions and the house comfortably slept our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There are a ton of amenities like a wine fridge and smart TV that meant we could have a chilled glass of red while the kids found their favorite shows. The house is beautiful and sits on a scenic hillside in South Orange. It’s easy to walk up the hill and see panoramas of NYC. We loved walking to get bagels with our kids or grabbing pizza from one of the many great spots nearby. The streets are also great for running with wide running lanes and challenging hills. We had such a great time spending most of July here.

I highly recommend Iyen's place to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay! I contacted her last-minute, and she kindly offered me a same-day discount. Her home is immaculate, beautifully scented, and equipped with everything you need. It’s a lower-level floor but it was surprisingly quiet, with high ceilings and so spacious. The building is modern, and the neighborhood is peaceful and secure. Iyen's place truly felt like home, and I'll definitely make it my go-to destination whenever I'm in NJ. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten if I could. Thank you Iyen, u are amazing.
