The studio is located in a villa 300m from a sandy beach. Bus station to Morges and to Lausanne is only a 5 minutes walk from the villa. All the major tourist sites are at your door step. Swimming, sailing, long or short walks, bicycle, eco tourism at its best. Lausanne, Geneva, Montreux, Fribourg, Bern, are all a train ride away. A newspaper agent, restaurants, post office and a small grocery are 10 minutes walk away. Near EPFL. A terrace with your own garden place gives you a lot of privacy.

Situé dans une co-propriété très calme avec la concierge qui y habite et qui veille "au grain", mon appartement convient parfaitement pour une personne seule ou un couple calme, non fumeur et sans animal.

Pour les réservations 7-8 personnes (uniquement), il y a la 4ème chambre avec salle de bain au rez de chaussée. Le salon, la salle à manger et deux chambres ont une vue sur le lac, cuisine toute équipée, cheminée, buanderie.
