What a gem of a place! My young girls enjoyed exploring the yard and going on walks, taking in the gorgeous views. The home is beautiful. We went to Orr’s Farmers Market and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make dinner with what we purchased there. The host provided all the necessary details and getting in and out was smooth.

We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful place with enough towels, beds, and kitchen supplies for a friendship get away for 6 ladies. We will definitely return!

It was really lovely to see the Cuckoo Chalet at this tme of year. The Deer would walk through the yard in the morning, and it was like being in observatory. We could eatch the Canda Geese at play on thelake. A wonderful time. The house if so cozy!

We have so much fun at The Nest with the amenities that the house offers, it was an absolute relaxing weekend feeling right at home and the location makes it a Must go experience all my family loved!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place. The location is beautiful (especially when it snows!) and the house was spacious and well taken care of/furnished. Also lots of board games etc available. Amy was also really helpful and proactive, offering to let us leave later on check out day due to a snow storm. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape near Harpers Ferry!

This was the perfect spot to visit with family. Extremely comfortable home in a private, wooded area. We saw tons of deer and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub amongst the woods watching a stunning sunset in the snow. Campfire was great with a smokeless fire pit which was perfect for s’mores! I can’t say enough about the kitchen!!!! It was stunning and HUGE!!! Well appointed with everything we needed. We will definitely be back here for our kids wedding.

The chalet was just as described. Tony was very responsive and very proactive in his communication. The place was beautiful and peaceful. We will be booking with Tony again in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you, Tony for a wonderful stay!

We had the best stay!!! Lou was so helpful, gave great recs, and was very responsive! The kids had a blast going to the pool, hiking and having s’mores by the firepit! For us moms, we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and stunning views. Highly recommend and we cannot wait to be back!

We planned a special weekend getaway to celebrate my sister’s upcoming July wedding, and this place was absolutely perfect for it! Our other sister and I organized a cozy, fun-filled weekend for her and her closest friends, and it couldn’t have gone better. The home was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate—everything worked seamlessly. The fireplace and hot tub were definitely highlights and made the whole experience even more memorable. We truly have no complaints and will cherish the memories we made here forever. Highly recommend!

Tony was very quick to respond and answered any questions we had. His property was just what we needed for a wonderful family trip away. I'm thankful for the memories we were able to create there.
