We had a fabulous stay! I visited with my wife and our little girl. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern, has excellent amenities and everything was perfect as listed. Tracey the host was very responsive and went the extra mile providing anything we needed. Highly recommended!

Excellent location for our family, close to the beach and lagoon. Magical outlook to the ocean. We loved our third stay and the host is fantastic - very responsive.

We were familiar with the area so knew that Ish's place would be just right for us. It's really close to all the amenities but also just a few minutes walk from the sea front. The apartment is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely quirky touches. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have a little area out the back to sit outside. Communication was great and we had no problems finding the place and getting in. We really enjoyed our stay.

in walking distance to cafes, clubs and convenience store. the steps we found a bit steep for an older couple. host very responsive to any issues and rectified quickly , very friendly. would definitely book again if the lounge would be different than the existing one at the moment. very enjoyable stay, clean facilities and would highly rate the host.

The locatiom was a suprise that it was so quiet but so close to the center of the suburb. The unit was spotless and the entire complex was quiet and secure. A perfect spot for visiting the area or if you have some business. The host is very responsive and easy going. Over all one of the best places I have stayed

This unit was easy to access and was in an area where you can walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was very refreshing on a very humid weekend. It was a quiet block of units.

Wonderful little unit with everything I needed for my 2 weeks stay. Cameron, Jay and Freddie were accommodating, responsive and helpful. This unit is everything it says. Fully self-contained, private, peaceful, comfortable, close to beaches, shops and even a small park 20 metres away. I loved my time in this unit and highly recommend it to everyone.

What an amazing place to stay, literally everything you could want in the apartment. Very well kitted out. Would highly recommend. Host’s were brilliant and even offered the use of the bogie boards in the garage. Two minute walk to the beach but nice and quiet at night. Great balcony for a morning coffee in the sun. And even had heaps of kids games in the cupboard to keep the little one entertained. Beds were super comfortable, nice clean linen. Will definitely be staying again hopefully for longer.

We stayed at Christina’s Margate Studios for 10 days and it was everything we wanted! Google maps will lead you to an entrance on McDonnald street. But Christina’s check in instructions were very clear we would have to go down the street over to get to the entrance. Just like the description it is truly 5 minutes walk to the beach which offers lots of walking trails, and local restaurants. We did not have any issues getting in the studio or staying there. But all the units are connected so you will probably hear others staying there, and if one fire alarm goes off they all go off. This was such a minor inconvenience though compared to how great of building/host it is! There was plenty of room to spread out our luggage and still have space. We had control of the AC and fan which was very considerate. The kitchen amenities provided were perfect! Highly highly recommend!

Really lovely place, everything was exactly as described and per pictures. It was a perfect retreat after needing a bit of rest from exhaustive travels. The place is very dark, in the daytime but I guess that is the style and the theme created. But in the evening it is 👌 The only downside for me (being a light sleeper) was the opening and closing of the electrical garage door into the car park and the engine noise of the cars entering and leaving. That said it wasn’t unbearable. The positives far outweigh any negatives. I would definitely recommend for a short few nights stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah-Jane's apartment in Golden Bay, Caloundra. Our group of five spanned three generations, and this spacious three-bedroom apartment suited us perfectly. The moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and at home. The apartment is light, airy, and beautifully maintained. The beds were very comfortable, with crisp, quality linen. The master bedroom was a highlight, with a spa bath ensuite and generous walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the open-plan kitchen/lounge area was spacious and comfortable. The large deck overlooking Golden Bay was a pretty sensational place to have breakfast The location is ideal—just 50 metres from the water and a short walk to shops. The building had a lovely, friendly vibe. One day, when my 84-year-old dad got turned around, some kind residents helped him out, which we really appreciated. Everything worked as expected, and Sarah-Jane was a great host. FIVE STARS

I would 1000% recommend this place for any couple looking for a getaway. You can tell alot of thought and personal touches were put into the stay from the bath salts and towel robes for the spa, to the complimentary wine and cheese!!! Amber was sooo extremely lovely and accomodating for any request! Definitely would be coming back here. Was quiet and perfectly situated 11/10 stay.

My first response when walking into the apartment was WOW!!! The apartment didn't match the photos....it was even Better!!! The first thing we noticed when we walked in was all the little touches that had been done to really enhance our stay such as a fresh loaf of bread and hot cross buns on the counter and a few small treats in the fridge. This apartment is everything an Airbnb should be, you could tell you are walking into a families holiday home with all your staple foods such as sauces, some spreads and seasonings available. They left little fun packs of cereals and plenty of tea and coffee to last our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of extra towels, beach towels and beach items available. They even had shopping bags to make it easier to pop to Woolies across the road. You name it, it was there for your convenience! A perfect home away from home, you won't regret booking!!! The resorts facilities are phenomenal, don't wait BOOK IT NOW!!!!

We stayed in this beautiful unit with 6 adults and 2 children. The unit was very spacious, the bedrooms had their own balcony plus there was a huge balcony out the lounge room. The rooftop bedroom was enormous and accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. Lots of privacy for everyone. The rooftop was absolutely fantastic, hot spa was such a bonus, pizza oven and bbq. The bathrooms and kitchen was very well equipped with toiletries/ and cleaning products, which was fantastic. This unit was super clean and well equipped. Very close to the beach/surf club and restaurants. We definitely will come back, our whole family had a fantastic time. Oh, I forgot to mention the beautiful pool and pool area with hot tub. Our grandchildren had a blast, everything was very clean and well maintained.

Such a great unit! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our kids. Georgia was great to deal with, really clear in things to do, places to go and where to eat out 😊 Extremely helpful with different check in times made for such a good flow in a driving holidays.! The unit itself is exactly like the pictures and so welcoming. Heaps of space, kitchen is FULL of appliances so handy! Rooms are large and beds a comfortable, kids also loved having a tv in their room!. Georgia was so easy to deal with made our stay here way better then others we have stayed during our holidays.!
