Perfect place for a good rest, especially after a long drive. Communication with the host was great. We enjoyed our stay.

If you’re looking for peace, fresh air, views and silence that make you hear your own brain reboot, Jacobus’s place is it. Yes, the road in is a bit of an adventure - but if it hasn't been raining I reckon you can do it in any Avis car. Nevertheless, Jacobus gives crystal-clear directions. Even I didn’t get lost! The house is pure magic: cozy fireplace, wifi good enough to take a Zoom call, and nature so beautiful you’ll consider throwing your laptop into the forest. I booked for a few days, stayed for 10, and only left because someone else beat me to it. Already planning my return!

Where do I even begin to review my stay with Tracey & Bernard. The location was so incredibly beautiful and private. However, I had the safety of a secure fence and Tracey & Bernard’s house behind the Airbnb. The home has everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and baking. And even AC and covered parking. The hosts could not have been more helpful and responsive with local spots to visit, a friendly chat, and delightful goodies on arrival. Not to mention that Bernard came and rescued me when my car broke down and got my daughter to her job the next morning since I couldn’t drive the car. They went so far above and beyond! You will not be disappointed with this booking. The location is ideal, the home is super clean, the grounds are lush and beautiful. You will be awoken to beautiful sunrises and birds chirping. And have delightful hosts. Truly everything an Airbnb should be and more! Thanks again Tracey & Bernard!

We had a truly lovely and tranquil stay at Crabapple Cottage. The setting was peaceful with the most beautiful misty mountain views – absolutely breathtaking. The cottage was cosy and well-kept, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Sarena was a wonderful host – warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, an amazing experience and one we’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

What an amazing place!! We loved every moment. The house, the stoep, the boma and the deck were truly a treat. The area is so peaceful. We managed to do some spectacular birding from the deck and heard the laughing hippos. The Letaba river never disappoints. Featherbrook cottage is worth every penny. Thank you Mark, Fleur, Lumbi and Accra for your friendliness and hospitality. We loved every minute of our stay! We can’t wait to visit again!

We absolutely loved the cabin, and the view. The bird life is wonderful and sitting on the balcony was peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely book again; it is private and the nature allows us the rewind even if we went for work. The room was cozy, with a lovely fireplace and the kitchen was everything you need.

I had such a lovely and relaxing stay at the pool house! The space was clean, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable getaway. The pool area was peaceful and perfect for unwinding—it truly felt like a little oasis. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. What a fantastic stay, we wish we had spent more time there! The place was spotless and felt completely safe from the moment we arrived. It was such great value for the price, and the peaceful, private setting made it feel like a true escape. The surroundings were absolutely stunning—so beautiful and serene.
