There is plenty of off street parking and also vehicle access to the fully enclosed backyard for a boat or caravan. A boat ramp, golf courses, beaches and jetties are all close by. Come relax and enjoy all Moonta Bay has to offer.

Room for boat outside. 9 hole Greg Norman designed Golf Course close by. Owners live upstairs. Shared laundry. Dog on site.

No roads between the property and the beach with convenient stairway access to beach at the front. Neighbouring property, Sandcastles 2 Moonta Bay may also be of interest depending on availability and your group size. Note, a security camera at Sandcastles 1 shed monitors the rear of property where property is entered and rubbish bins are stored for security.

The area is known for its sandy beaches, clear waters, great fishing, coffee shops and eateries, plus sunsets you won't forget. A place to relax, explore and make memories!

Whilst it isn't the most luxurious, it's a clean and tidy semi-renovated 2-bedroom shack with amazing ocean views comfortable for 5 Just a 4-minute walk to the water's edge and wonderful views of Wallaroo. There is more than meets the eye, from the front appears like a humble shack. Your family will be close to the beach (3 minute walk) playgrounds and Splash Town when you stay at this centrally located place. Up to date finishes with a large outdoor area. Pet friendly with a kennel available. Has been partially renovated, so there are still some things that need to be fixed! However the location is fantastic
