Welcome to Villa de Requeza! This Modern Beach Bungalow themed home is a 10 minute walk to Downtown Encinitas restaurants and shops and beautiful Moonlight Beach. Fully furnished and decorated, property is enclosed on a large private retreat! One (1) dog (sorry, no cats) is ok with a $125 pet cleaning fee required- this can be paid through resolution center.
