The place was amazing، well equipped with beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Apartment was clean, fully equipped and Virginie was a perfect host. She communicated with us before our arrival and explained everything including check- in very good. We had a problem for check in that she handled in quick time. We enjoyed a lot to stay at this beautiful apartment with lake view. Hope we came back in future. Best/Hadise

Excellent séjour passé chez Ambre, tout était parfait dans les moindres détails. Bel environnement avec une superbe vue sur le lac Léman. Très beau logement lumineux avec tout l'équipement proposé dans le descriptif. Petit jardin très agréable avec emplacement pour voiture à garer. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui a beaucoup d'atouts majeurs et une hôte discrète mais réactive lors de la réservation. Merci encore à Ambre qui nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour en Suisse et ses environs.

Wir haben die Wohnung und ihre ausgezeichnete Lage sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, stilvoll und sauber; der Balkon mit Blick auf den See ideal für den kleinen Apéro. Host Nicolas haben wir zwar nie gesehen, aber er hat immer rasch auf unsere Fragen reagiert, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Falls wir wieder mal in Evian ein paar Tage verbringen sollten, so wäre diese Wohnung für uns erste Wahl.

Our stay at Gilles’ Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The location was beautiful, with a grocery store and a stunning waterfront just a short one- to two-minute walk away, making everything incredibly convenient. The home itself was spotless, offering an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. Gilles provided a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, which made cooking easy and eliminated the need to purchase any additional supplies. The coffee machine was a great touch, saving us from frequent café visits—though for those who prefer to grab a coffee out, a café is just a minute away. From the moment we requested the Airbnb, Gilles responded immediately, ensuring a seamless booking process. The space was warm, cozy, and even featured a lovely balcony that added to the overall charm. Our experience here was exceptional, and I highly recommend booking this location for your next stay. I will definitely be returning soon!

Wir haben uns gefreut über die schöne gemütliche Wohnung. So viel Brauchbares war vorhanden. Wir konnten kochen. Es gab bereits Öl und Salz und tolle Pfannen. Für den Morgen Tee und Kaffee, das war sehr angenehm. Der Blick auf den See war immer eine Wonne und überhaupt ist Nyon, vor allem die Altstadt schön zum entdecken.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nina et Jérémy. Le logement est vraiment spacieux, lumineux et il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Nous reviendrons probablement.

Un séjour incroyable dans ce logement ! L'emplacement est parfait et un accès facile aux commodités locales. La maison était impeccable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons vivement ce rbnb pour un séjour confortable et relaxant !

Séjour fantastique de quelques jours en famille (incluant 2 ados et 2 quasi nonagénaires). La maison est agréable, bien aménagée, confortable, juste ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien à 6. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, comme le reste de la maison (on a même utilisé la cheminée un soir :-) Lea propriétaires sont très sympa, prêts à aider mais non envahissant, les balades le long du lac sont magnifiques, à deux pas et facile à tout âge, restaurants et supermarchés à proximité … bref.. rien à redire.. que du bonheur :-)

Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

Pasamos un fin de semana fantástico. La casa de Eric es muy bonita y esta en una zona muy tranquila. Eric es super amable, nos atendió excelente. Sin duda volveremos.

Have stayed at this apartment many times over the past few years, as it is very well placed, always clean and the views on the lake are great ! There is a company hosting the place but the people are always friendly, reactive and flexible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Valérie , qui est une hôte très gentille et très serviable. l'appartement est confortable et très bien situé. Valérie s'est toujours rendue disponible pour répondre à nos besoins.

Les instructions etaieny claires, description fidele au bien. A seulement 10 minutes a pieds d'une zone de baignade sublime. Le petit bemole est l'acces au parking en pleine saison il fait se garer a 5 minutes a pieds du logement. Je recommande vraiment ce logement !

Great location, and parking was a bonus in Evian-les-Bains. Only thing I would have liked would have been a brighter centre light in the bedroom.

Great place with an stunning view and setting. I really enjoyed the village location and the proximity of the train station and highway. The vineyards around are sooo beautiful and there is so much to do around! The apartment is super spacious and for four of us offered a lot of room. Would love to stay there again.
