We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Dreamweaver. Lisa was a great hostess and was very quick with responding. The location of the unit is about 4 blocks from Broadway with a safe walking route. The unit is one level up from the pool with the majority or the windows facing the pool and patio. The unit was very spacious and super clean. Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds but are either queen or full size. The water pressure can be a little low at times but I would stay here over and over again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience over all.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great it’s just a few blocks from the arena, Broadway, country music hall fame and many other attractions.

Carlos listing was an absolute treasure of a spot. Close enough for business and the excitement on Broadway of downtown Nashville. Best part was the peace and quiet at night. Not to mention the complimentary coffee and snacks for the week. Absolutely the best and hopefully schedule with Carlos in the fall. Thank you Johnny Garcia

The place was amazing! Jenni was quite literally the best Airbnb host we have ever had. Super responsive and incredibly accommodating! We felt right at home and were so comfortable, the gym and other amenities were also wonderful. 10/10 would stay again, in fact, we booked another stay on our way out.

Perfect little spot to explore East Nashville. Comfortable and great for a long weekend for 2. There was some noise transfer from the apartment above, so just be prepared with white noise or ear plugs in case there happens to be someone there at the same time. But nothing major. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed, massive shower.

Gathered in Nashville for a girls trip/reunion and Christopher and Brittany’s place was perfect! You can’t beat the location. It was walkable to Broadway, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is well stocked with plenty of towels, bathroom items, dishes, etc. Having 2 sinks was awesome with 4 ladies getting ready. It was clean, which is always super important to me. It’s a pleasant view into the courtyard with pool. The hosts were so responsive and nice and had great local suggestions. Having luggage storage available was really convenient too. Definitely recommend this place!

Had a great stay at Michael’s place in Nashville. He was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the booking and stay, which made everything super smooth. The listing was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and the photos matched perfectly. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

The condo was so cute with all of the boho cowgirl decor and comfortably fit six people. Their property was in walking distance to some cute boutiques and lots of great restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a fun weekend in Nashville.

We actually ended up upgraded to a different place, while we were looking forward to the original place because of pool when traveling with an eight-year-old is like you know the best thing ever. Somehow, he managed to top it when HVAC problems arised. We felt right at home and stayed in a beautiful place that appeared to be geared towards a bachelorette party low behold it was also perfect for a small girl. We were able to give her some amazing core memories at a place that we wouldn’t have been able to stay at otherwise and we are all very grateful for the opportunity. The trip was amazing. We will absolutely stay with us host again when we visit next year.

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Matthew's place is stunning and extremely comfortable and suitable for family or friend trip. Matthew was extremely helpful and communicative- he even went to the house to ensure the lights were on and we had no issues accessing, given our flight was extremely delayed and we got in at 2am. The location is in an industrial part of town that is becoming quite trendy but definitely not in the middle of the action- 30 min walk / 10 min Uber to Broadway. There is a fabulous Cafe 2 mins away which is worth a visit.

This was a perfect home for our family of adults to land while enjoying Nashville! We had our own private spaces and a comfortable central hangout too. Sadly we were not in town long enough to take advantage off all that Zack had set up for us. Next visit we will be sure to make time for billiards and the fire pit. We did love the back yard and convenience to all things Nashville. Zack was super about reaching out before, during and after our trip as well as responding to questions very quickly! We would definitely visit this home again. Thanks!

Amazing stay! Elijah was a wonderful host and the checkin & checkout process was so easy and informative. The place itself was clean, well designed, and had so many amazing features. It says a lot about an Airbnb when the group has just as much fun hanging out there as they do going out and exploring the city! Conveniently located with easily walkable attractions nearby (grocery store, cafes, restaurants), but also a quick drive to Broadway and downtown Nashville. The photo walls, karaoke machine and theatre room were huge hits with our group and really made our stay awesome. I’ll be keeping Elijah’s place in mind next time I’m in Nashville!

Super cute lake house that was perfect for the 4 of us. Kids loved the loft and claimed it as theirs right away, they enjoyed the separate living space with the chair. House was very clean and cozy, and stocked with fun games to play with the family. We enjoyed a few rounds of mouse trap and battleship! We didn’t get to use the lake since there wasn’t any kayaks or things like that to use on property. It’s a lot of stairs down to the lake so I wouldn’t suggest bringing your own. It’s perfect for those wanting to admire the lake onshore, not looking for water activities. I enjoyed having coffee on the house deck and overlooking the lake. It was a short stay for us for a wedding so we didn’t have a lot of time anyway, so it suited our stay well.

Stayed here with 2 others for a girls trip. It was great to have separate bathrooms! Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet at night, deck is super cute for morning coffee. Lots of walkable stuff, would stay here again.

Ryan and Sarah were great hosts! They made wonderful recommendations on places to eat and things to do. They were quick to respond and even made a house call to replace something. We were extremely pleased with the home and its amenities. The outdoor area was very nice. This is a great getaway for couples, families, and friends. It’s a short uber ride to dt and the Gulch. Our favorite restaurant, Noko, was a 3 minute drive and our favorite coffee place, Ugly Mugs, only 5 minutes from the house.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The condo was perfect for our group, with plenty of space and every amenity we could ask for. Heather has gone above and beyond as an Air BnB host, both in her design and preparation of the space, and her support in answering questions before our trip. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

From start to finish, Wendy was a wonderful host. Her response time was very fast and she was super clear. The place was gorgeous and a wonderful view! We had trouble with loud guests right above us but the building security was really supportive and helped take care of the rowdy guests. One direction leaving the building was a bit sketchy, a lot of homeless people (during daylight hours), but we always walked with a few of us and nobody ever bothered us. We would definitely come back!!

We had a great stay in Nashville. The place was beautiful and Chris was very responsive. The train didn’t bother us as some of the other reviews said. There was a sound machine and I’m sure that’s why. We did have a bit of trouble getting in at first. I wasn’t familiar with the Latch app but Chris called me via FaceTime and walked me through it. The only parking that was free was street parking. We found it right out front on the first day but then it was harder. There is a mission down the street so walking to the place at night made me a little uncomfortable with the amount of homeless people out there but there were also so many others around that it was completely fine during the day. Just the night made me nervous because we had kids with us. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Chris was a wonderful host.

After reviewing many locations, we chose this spot because previous guest had written great reviews AND the HOST was incredibly responsive and friendly. She answered all of our questions and provided great detail and made us feel confident in our decision to rent. The entire process was so easy. The Host took great care in the accommodations, providing fun QR codes with information on activities within 1 mile of the property. The building was secure, and even though it was located quite close to the train and a shelter area, we still felt quite safe. The noise level was not a problem, but if it had been, they had provided little jars full of earplugs, but again, it was not an issue. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire condo was bright and full of color. The condo was located on the 2nd Floor which provided easy access to the Gym, Lounge, extra bathrooms and pool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Property if you are planning a trip to Nashville. Will stay here again!

Great location! Coffee shop right up the street! Short walk to Broadway Orlando was wonderful he responded so fast and was extremely helpful! You need a code to get on the elevators and a gated parking garage so it felt very safe The door was difficult to lock from the outside, like when we left the room! But once you figure it out it’s simple! Overall absolutely fabulous! Worth the cost!!!

The space was beautiful. Everything there was well thought out including the wonderful coffee grounds left by Tara. Check in and checkout was easy and well described. We left a suit hanging during the family packing and thankfully received a call from Tara before making it to the airport. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at Nick's condo! It was the perfect spot for my extended work trip. I loved the location because it was so close to my work project, but it also had great walkability to food spots & several places to run errands. The Midtown / West end neighborhood felt super safe & I loved the energy. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities of the building are so awesome! The gym is great and never super busy & I loved all the communal areas and decor. Props to the hydration & coffee station. The condo itself was the best part! So amazingly decorated & a great layout with beautiful views of Midtown/the cute hotel rooftop across the way. The condo has everything you need for cooking, cleaning/laundry, lounging, closet space etc. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE--I loved it that much! Nick was great with meeting me with check-in and constantly communicating throughout my extended stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone & anyone! Hope to be back on my next work trip!
