This was our second stay at Anna and Warren's and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Absolutely fastidiously clean! Bed and bedding extraordinarily comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom outfitted to the nth degree; everything you will need and then some! So convenient to SEPTA train station (easy access to Philadelphia and PHL airport), restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Glenside is a charming town and this is the perfect place from which to explore it!

this is a very cute apartment right on Main Street in Manayunk everything is right there within walking distance and the place was very clean and like I said cute.

It was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful apartment, modern/updated, fully equipped, very comfortable, quiet and private. Fantastic location. Super well managed. I will continue to seek out Nica’s properties as they are among the best you can find.

This place felt like a home away from home! It was very cozy, spacious and peaceful. Also Justin and Amy were super helpful and responsive when I had questions. This was my first time in Philadelphia and despite the weather, I truly enjoyed my stay!!

This place was great for my wife and me to visit our son at college. It is small but very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. The back yard was a lovely place to have coffee in the morning. The stairs are really steep and the hill to get down to where the restaurants are is also. We got a very good workout but be prepared if you are at all incapacitated. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Out of all the places that we stayed over the last year in the area, this was definitely one of the best. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living room, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with complete sets of items - not unusable second hand items. We had a question during our stay and Amy responded immediately. I highly recommend!!!!

Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

Great house and easy ride into Philly. Close to all the colleges, but not in an area with college kid houses. Great back yard for kids.

We were visiting family in the neighborhood and friends in the area and Joshua's place was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and had beautiful surroundings. Joshua was also very responsive every time we had questions. We would definitely want to stay there again next time we're visiting if it's available.

This was a great spot for our families needs. Spacious bedrooms, very clean, and super easy check-in. It had everything we needed and we all had a comfortable stay. The neighbors across the street seemingly have a party every Friday and Saturday night that is lively and a bit noisy, but that was are only negative.

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Cozy yet spacious! Had everything we needed and very organized. Molly was fantastic too. Winery is a stone’s throw. A lot of character and we appreciated the book about the house. Games were provided. Beds were comfortable. Clean. Old home but new quality where needed. loved the lighting choices pretty and dimmers for beautiful ambiance. clear instructions. everything worked. my brother brought his tool kit just in case and absolutely no need for it. beautiful area and view. good location. lots of cozy spots to sit, relax, and chat. loved the laundry room and extra stove. Great stay at Hala's. The place was clean, spacious, and airy, and we felt right at home. Nice suburban location,, quick to the city and surrounding suburbs.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Erik’s place was great! It was in a residential neighborhood with easy access to amenities and close to where we needed to be. We never saw Erik, but he gave clear instructions and answered our questions promptly. We’d definitely stay there again.
