Great decor, and very clean. Well appointed with extras. A bit tight and cozy. And street traffic noise did quiet down during overnight. Bed was surprisingly super comfy.

Marja’s place is excellent, I wish I could have stayed longer. The place itself was super cute and exactly like the pictures/description. There are other residents in the building, but the apartment is on a floor by itself which makes it feel more private. Marja was really easy to communicate with and was flexible with both check- in and check-out which really helped make my trip stress free. The location was close to the Wissahickon Park which was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoyed going to the Germantown Weavers Way Co-Op for food.

Anna's home was GREAT! It more than fit my needs and was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful during my stay. There are no surprises with this rental property as the owners do a wonderful job describing it accurately and providing current pictures that are reflective of the property and surroundings. If you need a place to stay in this area, do not hesitate as I do not see where anyone would be disappointed. Thank you so much for my stay!

Diamond was lovely, always available and helpful. The apartment is exactly as promised, clean and fully equipped, amazing. The area is a little further out than we had hoped, there is absolutely nothing in walking distance. Neighbors shared loud music und dogs barking, which everyone was nice about and can be expected when staying in a residential area. Good to know that the walls are very thin, when somebody is walking upstairs it sounds like they are in the room with you.

Samantha's place was perfect for our recent visit for our daughter's Capstone presentation. We love staying right in BrynMawr right by her house with so many fun restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment is on a quiet street too which was nice for sleeping! The apartment is well stocked and Samantha's visitors guide is very well done. We walked both mornings over on the Haverford trail and stopped for coffee at La Colombe on our way back. I would definitely stay here again if available!

It’s a fancy apartment with backyard, and the host told us everything in the description. Yes she is right, the neighborhood looks like not that cute but the inside looks great! I can find all the tools and services the host offered to the guests to help them enjoy their stay in this space, the details are warm. In conclusion, clean and warm, fancy decors, functional, easy to find and free street parking, recommend this place to all of you who don’t care about neighborhood LOL

Place is super clean and has everything you need while visiting. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Jessica is very friendly and easy to get ahold of.

Ali was an amazing host. Place was spotless .. Easy access to location. Rapid response when needed. Parking was good i was able to park directly in front of the building. Great host , great stay , amazing city !

this is a very cute apartment right on Main Street in Manayunk everything is right there within walking distance and the place was very clean and like I said cute.

I've stayed many places in Philly visiting my daughter's family over several years, and this is the nicest. Clean, roomy, great natural light, comfortable furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are really nicely renovated, all very solid workmanship, good fixtures and appliances. New vinyl windows and window blinds that work perfectly. Just a couple lovely blocks from Germantown Ave, where there are many restaurants and shops. I'll stay here again happily!

Great space for our large group for a family wedding. Very convenient and lots of different spaces to visit with one another. Plenty of parking and very convenient!

My in laws came into town and stayed at Teresa's place during winter 2025 for a couple of weeks. They found the check-in instructions very easy and Teresa was incredibly communicative and accommodating to anything we needed before and during their stay. The location is very close walking distance to stores, shops, and even a farmers market on the weekend. The place itself is cute and is well appointed with dishware, pots, pans etc. I would highly recommend to an individual, couple, or young family visiting the Philadelphia area!

This trip marked the first time my family and I booked an Air BnB in Philly. I went in with certain concerns, yet Safiya's property quickly quelled any remaining doubts. The property itself is as advertised and located in a vibrant, safe community. Our host was proactive in reaching out to address any potential concerns and highly responsive to any inquiries we had. The apartment is a 25 minute drive from downtown Philly with ample public transportation options available. For any future trips to Philly, this location will surely be at the top of our list. Thank you for providing a safe and comfortable "home away from home."

Good price and had all the essentials necessary for my stay. Happy to find a dog friendly place with private parking. Not the greatest area but felt safe in this spot. Would return if I need accommodations in the area!

Teresa was very flexible and cooperative. She is a great host. The location is perfect with access to all that Chestnut Hill has to offer as well as Mt Airy. I never had a problem parking. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked.

Great place to stay for a trip to Philadelphia! Not a far drive to center city, and the local area also has nearby shops and restaurants. Susannah made everything clear for check-in, making it a super easy and smooth process.

Mary was a great host! She IMMEDIATELY reached out to see if she could accommodate us traveling with 2 kids and went out and got us a 2nd pack n play saving us having to check one! The house was exactly like the pictures, clean, and well located at the very edge of the Philly suburbs in a safe area. She even had toys/books for the kids in the house! We were traveling with two kids under 2, and this was a challenging place for us to stay. We struggled to keep our toddler away from various things in the house: the baby gate at the top of the stairs was very interesting, the gas range knobs were at her eye level, the bathroom door doesn’t lock (our 2yr old learned to open knobs days before). The stairs that lead up to the flat are pretty steep, narrow, and tricky to climb while holding a snap in car seat or toddler. The driveway backs up to a somewhat busy street during daytime. BUT If you’re a small family with 4-5+ yr old kids, this is a great option! We’ll try again in a few years
