We had a very nice stay at Anna's place. The communication was good from Anna on the day of arrival and departure. The place was very clean and cosy. Clearly an effort is made to present it nicely. There's a small balcony which we didn't use (we came in December so it was a bit cold) but there are really nice views from the balcony/windows (the flat is on the 4th floor so you have to walk up a bit but the views reward you).

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

L'appartamento di Laura è molto funzionale e pulito, non manca nulla. Il letto è molto comodo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Il centro è vicinissimo e parcheggiando allo stadio siamo arrivati in centro in 10 minuti. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole visitare la città e nel frattempo stare comodo e rilassarsi. Laura è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, i suoi consigli sono stati molto utili. Consigliatissimo.

Great location! Apartment was exactly as described. It is about a 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and a 12 minute walk to the Train Station. Great place to be away from the tourist and easy to walk to the tourist area.

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Our family, including our two small children, had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Montalcino. Without a doubt, it's the best Airbnb we've ever experienced! The home is tastefully renovated, offering modern comforts while maintaining its classic charm. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus as we had to work remotely during our stay. The villa is spacious with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax. We had the pleasure of taking a private cooking class with Chef Giacamo in the villa's kitchen, which was an unforgettable experience. It was breathtaking to cook with fresh, local ingredients while gazing out at the rolling hills. The wine cellar was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, and the cleanliness of the entire home was top-notch. Brian, the owner, provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and wineries, helping us make the most of our time in the area. Thank you!

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Florence! If you’re hesitating to stay on the other side of the Arno “Oltrarno”, don’t! This neighborhood was wonderful to walk about (go get a sandwich from Schiaccia!) and had easy access to cross the Ponte Vecchio! The apartment was spacious, had great size beds, black out shutters, and a quirky laundry room. You’ll see! Thanks to David for a great welcome! Hope to see you again!

Flot lejlighed midt inde i Firenze med gåafstand til alting. Og så en fantastisk tagterasse med udsigt ud over Firenze! Eneste forslag til forbedring er flere glas og kopper, så vi ikke skal vaske op hele tiden.

Ilaria was a fantastic host. Not only was her place pristine and beautiful, but it was walking distance to all of the main stops in Florence. The space was so nice, the bathroom seemed brand new. It was spacious and clean. Ilaria was super responsive and kind, and very friendly. Thank you so much Ilaria! This space was definitely worth it!

This was a really wonderful apartment in an amazing location (close to everything, including the train station). The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was super helpful as we like to pack light. Finally, it has the best shower of any Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Simona is very proactive with communication and was a pleasure to deal with. Besides the obvious things to do in Florence (Academy, Ufizzi, etc.), we took a day trip to Siena, took a bus to Fiesole and walked back (Fiesole is a suburb up on a hill which has a Roman/Etruscan archaeological site and museum, which are well worth visiting), and a wine tour (we did a hiking/wine tour in Chianti with Out of the Box Florence - recommended).

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena é uma anfitriã muito atenciosa! Nos recebeu com muito carinho, permitiu o check in antecipado, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao Duomo, com vários restaurantes ao redor, inclusive eu recomendo os restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do prédio, os dois mais próximos. Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa e tudo confortável! Foi uma excelente estadia! Super recomendo!
