Amy was very accommodating and responsive. She allowed for an early check-in on short notice which was very helpful to us. Her place was in excellent shape and very spacious for a two bedroom home. The location is very convenient and located close to all the places we love in Chattanooga!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was absolutely amazing and met all of our needs. We loved the attention to details and all the little things that made us feel at home. The hair elastics in the bathroom were greatly appreciated with 2 young girls. We all were comfortable in the well laid out home. Had a blast in the secret game room and made a lifetime of memories. 100% recommend this property and will definitely rent from Desmond and India again. Thanks!

This is a wonderful home with all of the amenities- the open kitchen and living area are perfect for the family to gather, eat, play game and visit! The back deck has a wonderful view!

My family of 5 and our dog stayed at this wonderful location! It was clean, spacious, and very walkable to alot of different places downtown. We really enjoyed it! Forrest was a wonderful host! We will definitely be coming back again

We had full capacity of family. Marci was so accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. She was concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was the best host!!! We enjoyed our stay and the kids had a ball with the yard, roasting marshmallows!

This was a beautiful, peaceful home. It had a large, open yard for my dogs to run with plenty of indoor space as well! We will definitely be coming back on future trips.

Lynn's place was awesome but so was she. The home is clean, cozy and private in a very walkable neighborhood. The location is just a short drive from all the downtown Chattanooga landmarks and walking distance to beautiful trails and park nearby. Waking up to birds singing outside our windows each morning absolutely made our day. Lynn checked on us and made sure we were good and when I mentioned needing more supplies, she went above and beyond and drove over and left what we needed. I can't say enough good things about Lynn and her home. We'll definitely come back to stay here next time we're in town. Thank you, Lynn!

Sarah's place is a great little gem. She has decorated it beautifully and we loved staying here. Would definitely stay here again.

Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

Great location and great view! The apartment is comfortable and clean. You can hear the road noise at night but it's not bad and they do provide a sound machine. The location is well worth the bit of road noise. Would definitely recommend this one!!

We felt right at home! Greg’s place was SPOTLESS and the location could not be beat. Walkable to several restaurants, and a short drive to everything Chattanooga has to offer. We loved having access to a kitchen and washer/dryer and dedicated parking spot. Would recommend this place again and again!

The space was just the right size for two people, very cozy, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place, the three bedrooms work best for our family. The condo is in an old building and efficiently organized, the balcony is a really nice feature. We walked back one day from Mellow Mushroom downtown and it took us 30 minutes, I had completely forgotten about the shuttle to the Choo Choo… we would stay here again. Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay! Logan was incredibly accommodating—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The place itself was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect—close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and in a great neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free stay.

Awesome location! SO MANY walkable restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend Niedlov’s Cafe & Bakery for breakfast, State of Confusion for lunch, drinks and nightlife, and Main Street Meats for the best steaks and bourbon/whiskey selection in Chattanooga. Note that there is an elevator around back if you have heavy luggage. Also remember that you are literally in the middle of the most dynamic and active part of town. We always travel with a bluetooth speaker and our white noise app so had no problem getting a great night’s sleep. Thank you for being such a great host, Missy!!

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

We love coming to Chattanooga and this is the perfect area for us. Jarrett’s place was great! We’ll be back. We had absolutely no problems everything was great!

We loved our stay!! The condo was beautiful, organized, and so clean. Furniture was nice and it had more than enough household amenities. We loved the neighborhood and all the great food and fun “vibe.” The hosts were so kind and helpful and gave us more than enough information to be prepared for our time there.
