Incredibly grateful to have found a place like this! On my next trip to Rome, I hope to stay here again! I’ve already begun recommending it to friends.

Desde la reservación aclaró dudas, se aseguró de que una vez que aterrizamos, pudiéramos llegar bien al lugar, estuvo todos los días dándonos seguimientos en nuestras actividades, siempre dispuesta a apoyarnons. Una atención familiar y cariñosa que nos invita a regresar Todos los días nos ofrecieron un desayuno muy completo, basto y de excelente calidad, amenizado por una música relajante muy adecuada. Todavía el día que salimos, como por horario lo hicimos antes de las 5:30 am, nos prepararon un desayuno excelente para llevarlo con nosotros Es uno de los mejores anfitriones que me ha tocado, agradezco todas sus atenciones y los felcito por ese espíriu de servicio que nos invita a amar el lugar

Maria Grazia è un host super disponibile ! Ha fatto in modo che la stanza fosse pronta prima dell'orario concordato, per agevolare il nostro arrivo in tarda mattinata. Carinissima sia con noi che con la nostra cagnolina , che ha potuto trovare un piccolo spazio esterno tutto suo per i suoi momenti di relax romani. Siamo riusciti ad instaurare subito tra noi un buon feeling, ottimo punto di forza, un surplus per un alloggio curato nei particolari , pulito e molto carino. Che consiglieremo ai nostri amici.

Nos quedamos en Dream Station, justo frente a Termini. El lugar es súper acogedor. Éramos tres y la habitación con vista a la estación tenía cama cómoda, TV inteligente, wifi, aire acondicionado, calefacción, caja fuerte y baño privado, lo que hizo todo más cómodo. Aunque no usamos la cocina ni la lavadora, fue genial que estuvieran disponibles. La cocina es muy bonita. Las instrucciones para el check in y check out estaban muy bien explicadas. Todo funciona con código, así que no hay que preocuparse por llaves. Me encantó que, aunque es un Airbnb, se sintió como un hotel: cambiaban toallas y hacían las camas todos los días (porque lo pedimos). No vimos a Manuela ni a la recepcionista, pero no fue necesario porque todo está explicado por QR en recepción. Nos encantó a los tres: la ubicación, la habitación y todo lo que ofrecía. Por el precio, quedamos muy satisfechos. Volveríamos a quedarnos ahí sin dudarlo!

La habitación de Diomira está en una excelente ubicación, cerca de las paradas del tranvía y colectivos. Hay mucho movimiento de gente en la zona, es ideal para salir a pasear de noche. La atención de Diomira y su marido fue muy buena, todas las mañanas teniamos el desayuno preparado, súper completo y rico. Sin dudas volveremos a hospedarnos acá. Silla te vamos a extrañar 🐈😍

Giacomo and Maria Carolina are awesome hosts! Extremely friendly and helpful, and they want to make sure you have the best time in Rome. They give you all sorts of recommendations depending on what you want to do, from restaurants to markets to hidden gems. The room is spotless and so is the restroom, which was very important to us. They also have a shared kitchen at the place, where they put snacks, milk, tea and coffee, which is always available for their guests. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco and dessert as a gift. The location is no super close to the touristy places but if you take the metro or a motorcycle you’ll be there in 10-15 min. The place is quiet and has AC, which allows you to fully recharge for the next day. Thanks to both for making our stay so easy, cozy and pleasant!

Alloggio in ottima posizione, zona molto tranquilla. Siamo stati 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Host molto gentile e sopratutto disponibile.

Filippo is very supportive and friendly. The location is perfect, around 10 min walking distance from Villa Borghese and there are several food options around. The place was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable. Thanks Filippo for hosting

Waking up in Rome, getting out of the most comfortable bed, and sipping espresso in a private garden while birds chirp—it sounds like a dream, but it was our reality thanks to this amazing stay. Stefano welcomed us like family, took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and made us feel completely at home. If we return to Rome, there's no doubt—we're booking this place again. Every review we read beforehand was spot on—no exaggerations. Everything was exactly as described, and Stefano is a perfect 10. Highly recommend!

Recomendado ampliamente! el lugar se encuentra muy bien ubicado, cerca de estaciones de metro y bus. Ricardo siempre estuvo al pendiente y nos recomendó lugares y cosas por hacer... además incluye desayuno que parece sencillo pero te ahorra tiempo y dinero.

Giancarlos place was perfect. The location was ideal for transport into the city and taxis for places not accessible by train (buses were another option). The place was clean and tidy and any damage was quickly fixed by the host. Communication was great and I would highly recommend and use again if I was to ever come back! 5/5!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rom. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut- zu Fuß ist quasi alles erreichbar (wenn man kein Problem hat auch ein paar Meter zu gehen) aber auch ein Bus sowie eine U-Bahn Linie sind nicht weit. Der Gastgeber war steht’s erreichbar und hat regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und jedem weiterempfehlen, der einen Städtetrip nach Rom plant.

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Orsetta es una de las mejores anfitrionas que he conocido, demasiado accesible y amable, aun cuando llegue más temprano del check-in, me dio entrada sin ningún problema. A sido una estadía perfecta.

Love the place and host. The location is great. Near a school, felt safe the entire time. Its also a short walk to Libia/Nomentana stations, both a direct line to the city centre and airport respectively. They also gave out free breakfast vouchers for a bakery near Libia station, ate that every morning we were in rome. The host is really best host ever. When we first checked in, he sat us down and gave us a good 20-30mins recommendations of where we should go and where to eat then proceeded to continue messaging us for EVEN MORE reccos.

Stefania è gentilissima e disponibile. L’alloggio è centralissimo. Nel mio caso ho fatto base qui per partecipare alla Maratona di Roma 2025, con partenza Colosseo. Camera con bagno dotata di tutti i servizi e pulitissima. Unica pecca il vicinato a volte leggermente rumoroso nelle ore notturne.

Host molto accoglienti e disponibili e casa bellissima.

Gianluca è stato veramente disponibile e accogliente. ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni su cosa visitare nei dintorni, ristoranti, e anche ottimo nella descrizione di come arrivare alla casa dalla stazione. La casa era pulitissima e molto ordinata, con tanti servizi (colazione ben rifornita). siamo rimaste molto contente dell'esperienza. lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente torneremo da lui se avremo bisogno di dormire in zona.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans le logement de Francesco : une petite pépite à Rome ! Très bien situé : à 10 min à pieds du Colisée, et à quelques minutes de plusieurs lignes de bus nous reliant à la plupart des points d'intérêt de Rome. L'appartement en lui-même était top : le charme de l'ancien, l'atout d'une "coloc" avec à disposition une cuisine partagée et de nombreuses choses pour faciliter le séjour (et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds pour compléter), et la présence d'autres hôtes qui est sympathique sans que les uns ne dérangent les autres. Et le gros plus : le patio privé de l'appart ! Idéal pour se détendre après une grosse journée de visite. En ce qui concerne notre logement, nous avons logé dans une chambre triple avec notre fils de 8 ans, nous y étions tellement bien que nous y avons passé la plupart de nos soirées. Pour finir, Francesco est un hôte très disponible, très sympathique et très réactif avant et pendant le séjour. Nous le recommandons. Un grand merci !

Overall, we are rating the stay 5/5! Antonella is very kind. I like her going the extra mile for her guests, e.g., by letting us in earlier, leaving a bottle of water, sharing some biscuits she baked with us, etc. Overall the Apartment is ok, and felt a bit smaller than it seems in the picture. However, it was very clean, the location (centrally) is fantastic and very helpful if you want to take the bus from and to the airport(s). Most importantly, you can reach every corner you like in Rom by walking (e.g., Colosseum is ~15 minutes only). So, if you want to visit Rome to visit Rome and not for the sake of a chilled stay home, this is your go-to apartment! Comments: 1.) The internet was very good in the room. 2.) We did not even realize that the bathroom was meant to be shared with her. 3.) The small included breakfast is from the Coffee Shop at the doorstep, that gives you a hot coffee + a cornetto. This is cool as I picked it up and came back in to have it while my wife got ready.
