Cozy place to retreat to for the weekend, nice fenced in yard for my dog (watch out for ticks in the area), and walking distance to the local beach. Great fully equipped kitchen and quiet peaceful nights of sleep. Easy drive to Armstrong Woods, our favorite!

We spent a long weekend in this charming, spacious, and peaceful place in Sonoma County. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, and the outdoor garden and pool space were absolutely gorgeous! Fruit trees and beautiful flowers surround the backyard. Windsor was just a 15-minute bike ride/5 min drive, and Healdsburg was only a 10-minute drive. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the primary bedroom had the most beautiful sunset views overlooking the vineyard. We loved it and would book this home again!

Julia’s Airbnb was amazing! She was great at communicating, and made sure we had everything we needed at the house. It’s in a quiet location, but also close enough to all the best winery’s. We would highly recommend if you’re ever visiting wine country! We’d love to return someday!

My husband and toddler enjoyed this spot immensely. It met my standards of cleanliness and had a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need including pots, pans, oil and spices. The area was quiet and the property was well managed. Highly recommend and great value for the money spent. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Airbnb! Highly recommended! Loved the location, close to the square with loads of great restaurants and wine tasting rooms, plus easy to go to Russian River Valley. The house is spacious and was very clean. Loved spending time with the family in their lovely family room.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Nest. It was clean, roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Our dogs settled in well and loved exploring the backyard. The bay view from the balcony was beautiful. Jim and Kiki were great hosts! We hope to return to this gem again in the future. Thank you! Anna

Very responsive and friendly host. The property was perfect for us with our one mid-size and one very little dog, i.e., fully fenced, large yard, safe, and clean. It was a comfortable home with multiple bedrooms and nice size kitchen and amenities for prepping home cooked meals. We'd absolutely stay there again.

lovely beach house with amazing view and incredible access to the beach. Appreciated the private fence area in back with hot tub and sauna, and space for my pup! We had absolutely everything we needed.

Vinay was a very responsive host who very kindly asked his wife to make a little more so we could enjoy her curry. We did point out that noise from the above apartment could be mitigated by putting in some sort of sound proofing. A cushion’s spring on the sofa had gone.

Beautiful property with the right amount of space for everyone. Large living room, kitchen, separate space for pets and kids (pool side). It was very close to multiple restaurants, quite neighborhood. Felt like home.

Had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. Extremely peaceful and as others have mentioned, much larger than the photos depict. Our dogs loved exploring the spacious yard and we felt so cozy and at home playing games around the fireplace. We stayed on a mostly rainy weekend, but there was still so much to do. Would love to enjoy this home in the warmer months. Thanks again to Russian River Getaways for another great stay.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. I travel to Airbnbs often, and this is by far the best one! Sebastopol is an amazing town. We loved the hot tub and pool, and the house itself is incredible. The beds were super comfy, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We had a great time exploring Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and Bodega Bay. We even made a trip to Tomales to visit the Scream filming location—I’m a huge horror fan, so that was a highlight! The views of the vineyard and sky, both during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning. This place truly has it all, and we’re already planning to come back. We’re even considering purchasing property in Santa Rosa! A special bonus was the two sweet dogs, Bonnie and Dixie (I think those were their names)—such adorable and friendly dogs! Highly recommend this place!

Not only was the house super cute with big pool and hot tub, but a well stocked kitchen with quality pots and pans, snacks, and wonderful gas range. We had a great time staying at happy house and Brook was super friendly and gracious. She rushed over when there was a question and was so helpful.

Stewart's place way very comfortable. It accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed. Relaxing to lounge in the back, enjoy the pool and hot tub. Easy to find, and in a good location. Stewart also reached out with instructions and welcoming reassure if we needed anything.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Place was great! We loved the pac n play so our son could sleep and we didn’t have to bring one on the plane.

Such a fun place to stay. If you don’t have the best driving skills, the uphill road to the cabin may not be ideal as it is steep & narrow. Was able to manage with my mid sized crossover.

Jeremiah and Mari’s place was the most generosity stocked with amenities and luxurious bedding I’ve experienced in an Airbnb or hotel. Trying to navigate my way forward from a traumatic loss, I found at Jeremiah and Mari’s a large bouquet of what looked like home grown roses waiting for me, along with fresh coffee beans, almond milk, and beautiful and pristine furnishings. It literally brought tears to my eyes. Their place is also very private, and a 3 minute walk to a large bookstore, theater, Michelin recognized restaurants, coffee, yoga, etc. Five stars.

We had a wonderful stay here at Donna's. It was so cozy, peaceful, comfortable and had beautiful and idyllic surroundings. My son and I had a super time and felt right at home to relax and visit with each other! We enjoyed meeting Donna's husband and having a few brief but nice conversations and we really appreciated his sense of humor! It was a fantastic vacation! Thank you both!!!

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

This little cottage was truly perfect for my time in the area with my dog. It was so comfortable and Susan and Michael were incredibly kind and I really enjoyed my time here. It was fun to see the goats out in the yard too! Highly recommend this place!

Eric is a wonderful host! He was very welcoming with delicious chocolate mint cookies and coffee upon arrival. He proactively communicated details to make my arrival very easy and enjoyable in a cozy and comfortable cottage with a pretty garden patio. Eric is one of the most caring Hosts and goes above and beyond even to serve a delicious breakfast of French brioche toast with caramelized apples! His cottage is very walkable with his great recommendations of local restaurants. I highly recommend a stay!
