Hot Tub added Oct 2025! Our cozy cabin is located in Gallatin Gateway on 1 acre—20min to downtown, 25min to the airport, and 40min to Big Sky Resort & Bridger Bowl. Ideal for a quick stop en route to Big Sky or a week-long mountain honeymoon. Set among aspens, pines, and with stunning Mountain views, it's a year-round haven. Two outdoor firepits with wood and a gas fireplace inside and on the porch elevate the experience. There is a second rental cabin on the property, but both are very private.

Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.

It has a full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals, a full bathroom, master bedroom with a queen size bed, small open loft with a pillow top double bed and 2 XL twin mattresses. Nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley on its own private 10 acres, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Cottage is super cozy, sparkling clean, all the amenities of home and more, relax in front of the fireplace inside, or if you prefer the crackling sound and smell of a wood burning fireplace mosey on out to the outdoor fireplace pavilion. Come meet our resident horses, nothing like a little horse therapy. There is a Mini split a/c located in kitchen area not in bedroom.

For the adventure traveler, try a night or two in a sheep wagon. Home on wheels to early sheep herders in the mountains of Montana, this hand built wagon sits on our 30 acre homestead. Finished under canvas with tongue and groove pine, this very small space offers a unique lodging experience. Inside is a nice queen size bed, 2 bench seats, and a pull out dining table. Enjoy mountain views from the outside bench, rocker & fire pit. Bathroom facilities in our nearby shop.
