Renta de casas vacacionales en Montalbano Jonico

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet viel Platz. Praktisch sind die vorhandene Klimaanlage und die Waschmaschine. Der Pool ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Die Lage ist ruhig und mit dem Auto kommt man schnell in die umliegenden Dörfer und Städte. Auch gibt es wenige Autominuten entfernt größere Supermärkte. Giacomo und unsere Kontaktperson Mina sind sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und haben schnell geantwortet. Außerdem haben wir hilfreiche Informationen zur Umgebung bekommen.

Tolle, saubere gut ausgestattete kleine Trulli Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend zum entspannen und geniessen. Auto zwingend benötigt da sonst nicht erreichbar.

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans le trulli de Mariano et Antonella, nous avons apprécié le calme et l’environnement . Prévoir une voiture pour se déplacer car l’hébergement est isolé. L’hébergement correspond aux photos, magnifique endroit, avec une grande piscine privative.

We thoroughly enjoyed a 6-night stay in Giannamaria's country villa. Situated among olive groves it is a nature lover's paradise. The greenery surrounding the house and the pool, the rosemary, lavender and jasmine, is traumhaft. Giannamaria is an attentive and thorough hostess who warmly welcomed us and was always available to help with recommendations. As a party of 6 we appreciated that the lower appartment could accommodate two of our elderly relatives who enjoy their own private space at times. The villa is perfectly adapted for outdoor living with wonderful areas to escape the sun. I highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Un magnifique emplacement au milieu d'oliviers, de Grenades ,kakis,cactus.. Endroit très agréable, paisible et très reposant. je recommande fortement si vous recherché la tranquillité .. La maison est confortable, et nous avons dormis comme des bébés. Excellent séjour.

Rilassante vacanza in mezzo al verde e alla natura. Grande appartamento, accessoriato e pulito. Impagabile poter mangiare nel grande giardino sotto la quercia. Punto di partenza per visitare le città vicine, bel mare e spiaggia bianca. Host molto disponibile. struttura consigliata

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument parfaite, dans le calme de la campagne. La maison était accueillante, avec tous les petits détails qui font qu'on se sent comme à la maison. Mimma était très attentive et chaleureuse (merci encore pour le gâteau maison et les provisions). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre de la maison au milieu des trulli, avec la famille de Mimma comme voisins : on s'est sentis comme en famille tout en ayant une parfaite intimité. La visite du trullo familial est un vrai plus, avec la découverte de la vie authentique dans ces habitats traditionnels. Les chiens très mignons sont vite devenus les compagnons de nos séjours sur la terrasse. Bref, un vrai havre de paix !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento ad Alberobello e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. L’appartamento è come mostrato nelle foto: spazioso, pulito e accogliente. La posizione è ideale, a soli 6 minuti di macchina dal centro. Posizione buona anche per visitare Polignano, Monopoli, Locorotondo, Ostuni e molte altre meravigliose zone. Consigliamo vivamente☺️

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni nell’appartamento di Vincenzo. Situata nel centro storico del paese che si è rivelato essere molto molto carino. Zona tranquilla nonostante abbia a due passi tutto l’occorrente; negozi di alimentari, bar, tabaccheria ecc. In 15 minuti di auto si raggiungono facilmente diverse calette davvero belle, per chi fosse interessato al mare. In alternativa è comunque un ottimo punto d’appoggio per girare e visitare tutti gli altri splendidi centri storici. La casa è piccola ma molto caratteristica dotata di tutti i confort. Vista dall’esterno sembra uscita da un film d’altri tempi. Una meraviglia. Per concludere voglio ringraziare Vincenzo per la disponibilità. Check in quasi 2 ore prima del previsto, dato che siamo arrivati in anticipo sui tempi. Si è mostrato cordiale e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questa bella esperienza.

L'alloggio, nel centro di Turi, è ben tenuto e funzionale. I ragazzi sono cordiali e reattivi; durante il soggiorno c'è stato un problema con la fornitura del gas (non dipendente da loro) e la padrona di casa si è prodigata per risolverlo al più presto nonostante fosse domenica 29 gennaio. Alloggio centrale ottimo per visitare le varie località turistiche della zona.

Che dire, partendo dal presupposto che al giorno d’oggi trovare gente così umile e così brava è veramente raro! Io e i miei compagni di viaggio, in un momento di estrema difficoltà avuta con il nostro mezzo di trasporto, abbiamo chiesto aiuto a Federica dove non ha esitato a perdere tempo, insieme a suo padre il signor Senatro a venirci incontro per aiutarci. Sono stati super disponibili e davvero gentili, consiglio VIVAMENTE il loro appartamento super accogliente e confortevole. Io e i miei amici nonostante l’inconveniente avuto, siamo rimasti davvero contenti e super soddisfatti! Grazie ancora per tutto, non smetteremo mai di ringraziarvi! Un abbraccio 💕

Appartement plein de charme… Ne pas avoir peur de monter des marches ! Attention au claustrophobe, le rez-de-chaussée est comme dans une cave voûtée! Mobilier simple, mais essentiel. À proximité de tout et très propre Cécilia, accueillante!

Great communication with the owner. Responded very quick. Valeria welcomed us upon arrivals . The place was in perfect t peaceful place in very short distance to the town. Nice cosy and clean house with massive garden and amazing views to the seaside. Sunrise like this is a dream! Highly recommend. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Valeria!

Świetna lokalizacja w odległości kilku minut od zabytkowe centrum. W pobliżu wiele doskonałych restauracji. Właściciel niezwykle uprzejmy niezwłocznie odpowiadał na wszelkie zapytania oraz udzielał niezbędnej pomocy. Mieszkanie stanowią dwa oddzielne apartamenty bardzo dobrze wyposażonej skonfigurowane. Tak naprawdę dla naszej sześciu osobowej rodziny w zupełności wystarczyło jedno mieszkanie gorąco polecam tą lokalizację i to miejsce

Wij zijn 6 nachten gebleven in dit zeer leuke en gezellige huisje. Het is maar geschikt voor 2 personen maar gaf toch een ruimte gevoel. Buiten was er een tuin omheen en een zeer ruim terras met prachtig uitzicht op omliggende olijfgaarden, heuvels en bergen. Het contact met Federica was gemakkelijk en aangenaam en het huis bevatte alles dat noodzakelijk en praktisch was. Het was ook zeer schoon. We raden het huisje zeker aan. De ligging is ook zeer rustig behalve dat er buren waren met grote honden die vaak overdag maar ook s'nachts hard blaften. Onbegrijpelijk dat hondeneigenaren hun honden zo weinig onder controle houden. Soms liepen ze ook los zodat wij ons op straat niet op ons gemak voelden (gelukkig was er een hek dat we dicht konden houden) Er waren ook 4-5 katten die de hele tijd kwamen bedelen hetgeen uiteindelijk vervelend werd (voor mensen die kattenliefhebbers zijn is dit natuurlijk geen probleem...). In het algemeen houden we echter een goede herinnering aan ons verblijf

I loved this apartment so much! It is spacious, exquisitely decorated, and there are treasures at every turn. In addition to having wonderful style, it was also really comfortable (the bed was great!) with everything I needed for my week-long stay. The location is central and the view from the kitchen is really special, looking over il porto vecchio (the old port); I will miss watching the fisherman prepare for their day as well as the light had everything sparkle. On top of that, Fabrizio! He is such an incredible host: so kind and generous, he was available to help me with anything I needed. His exceptional hospitality made me feel really at home in Monopoli. I look forward to returning to stay at this magical place soon!

Domenicos Appartment ist zentral gelegen, um alle Attraktionen der weiteren Gegend (Matera, Gravina, Altamura, Melfi, Metapont, Castel del Monte u.v.a) zu erreichen. Das Appartment ist riesig, man braucht einen Tag, um sich zurecht zu finden. Die Aussicht auf Gravina ist spektakulär und die Strasse vor der Wohnung hat fast keinen Verkehr, so dass die Wohnung sehr ruhig ist. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, um Ostern war es warm und sonnig, die ganze Gegend ist grün und es blüht überall. Vorsicht mir den Strassen: Nach Norden und Osten kein Problem, aber die Strassen nach Westen und Süden sind teilweise gesperrt oder in katastrophalem Zustand. Rundum empfehlenswert.
