Impressively stocked for the studio space itself. They did a great and efficient job with the space. Enjoyed inside and outside spaces. Would come back again or recommend friends to visit. Perfect for a couple with a pup. Very peaceful place.

Amazing place with ample space and enough to do for our boys team to keep busy during our our stay here for their competition in Texas. The deck, the dock and water access, the sunsets, the large kitchen with plenty of room for all to stay and play were fantastic! Would definitely stay again, thanks!

We loved our stay! Our grandkids had a great time and the house was perfect for everyone! Teresa did a great job seeing that everything we could need was available in the house and lots of fun stuff to do outside and on the lake. We will definitely want to come back again.

Our stay at Pecanway Farm House was absolutely perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend. It wasn't just a place to sleep; it felt like going to grandma's house – warm, welcoming, and filled with a comforting sense of home. Having our family members stay with us under one roof was such a gift. It allowed for precious moments of connection, laughter, and support leading up to and after the big day that wouldn't have been possible in separate hotel rooms. The house itself was well equipped with everything we needed to host, cook, and connect. The game room and pool table received a lot of attention from everyone! It provided a wonderful backdrop for creating lasting memories. We are so grateful for this haven that allowed our family to truly be together during such a special time. We highly recommend Melissa and Brett and their Pecanway Farm House to anyone looking for more than just accommodation – they're offering a space for connection and cherished family moments.

Terrie’s home is modern and really nice — it was the perfect location near our activities at Sid Richardson Scout Ranch and a calm place to relax with our friends in the evening. Kitchen had everything we needed so we could cook some meals in and eat others out. Close to Bridgeport so that was a plus too. Terrie’s instructions were very clear and we’d gladly stay here again! This is exactly like the description. What a great place to stay very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants are a short drive away. Randi was very helpful and responsive. He is a great host. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be back.

We had an excellent time. So peaceful, so many things to do. Best part is sitting on the porch watching the wildlife. Fishing was good!
