The unit comes with mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, small oven, Roku-enabled HDTV, Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, coffee cups, tea bags, and ultra-fast internet(~500 mbps). The unit has AC/Heater, ceiling fan, and a kitchen sink. The washer/dryer are in garage.

This 400 square foot space is on top of our garage and next to our home. There is no public transportation nearby and ride share services are available but not always reliable so you'll need a car.

There are lots of nearby hiking and biking trails, as well as other exciting outdoor activities.
