Shira’s lake house was perfect for our family vacation! It’s rare to find a place that can easily accommodate babies and young children, and we really appreciated that she had cribs, a high chair, a baby gate, and even toys and books. The house was beautiful, just like the pictures, as was the lake. Shira was a helpful and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

The house is big, cozy, and comfortable. It’s beautiful and looks just like the photos. The lake access is a great plus, and the location is perfect for winter and summer stays. This house is fantastic for large groups or families. We really enjoyed our time here! Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we loved the house!

I stayed here with 6 friends, the place was very homey. I loved the cute little accents to the house that provided a vibe like no other! The bedrooms were so comfortable. Going to local stores was not much of a hassle. The home has pots and pans, and cooking utensils if it is ever needed. There is a cute lake 4 minutes of a walk to sit down on the ledge and dip your feet in for a nice relaxation. We were not able to use the lake for swimming purposes due to the weather, but it is a great place if you want a weekend getaway or that of some sort with a group of close friends and family. Samantha was more than great at accommodating, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to us! We appreciate her attentiveness and all around care during our stay. This house was beautiful! It was very spacious with a lot of rooms. The king bed was also very comfortable. It was in a nice location and Jennifer & Jose were very responsive and helpful. When we arrived, they had surprised us with s’mores for the fire pit, which was so nice :) we had a lot of fun with the ping pong and foosball tables! We also loved fishing from the dock on the lake. I would definitely recommend this place!

We planned a short Easter break vacation to the Poconos, and this was an excellent choice for a stay. Beautiful, clean home with lots of space and tons to do without ever leaving the house. The option to add on the amenities from the community was a nice touch. The kids didn’t want to leave! Baruch was absolutely incredible - probably the most rapid response time of any host we’ve had. We loved it here.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into a space that is beautifully designed, thoughtfully curated, and filled with comfort. Every detail, from the charming decor to the inviting ambiance, reflected the care and intention behind this home. My husband is an executive chef, he was especially impressed by the kitchen. It was incredibly user-friendly, equipped with quality tools, and stocked with everything needed to create meals with ease. Cooking in such a well-planned space was a joy, and it added to the overall experience of our stay. Beyond the beauty of The Lakehouse, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect getaway. Your attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our time here truly special. We are grateful for the experience and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for creating such a welcoming retreat!

Hope is an excellent host and tends to guests needs. We stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway and were blown away with how great a place it was. The home is immaculate, has everything you need sleeping, games, bathrooms etc. The home is even more spacious than the pictures led us to believe! The best part for us was all the amenities for the outside space. Fantastic fire pit with plenty of wood provided (was very nice to not have to hunt down a vendor for wood) There are multiple kayaks, paddle boards and even an easy kayak launcher. The loaded game room was a big hit with our 12 year old and we all loved fishing from the boats and dock all weekend and caught plenty of fish despite our trip being in April. Would definitely come back!.

We had such a great experience. So many memories made with the kids. Loved that we were able to get them off screens and in the nature. There are so many things to do. We hiked to a waterfall, paddled on the lake, ate s’mores by campfire, fished, the kids loved the hot tub. There are still things we didn’t get to do but we will save it for when we are back! The restaurants nearby are decent, Terra cottage was a favorite for breakfast! The cabin was smaller for 8 people I would say, but super cozy! Felt we were living like Abe Lincoln 🎩
