It is the second year in a row we have stayed on this property. If we compete at Annbriar again I will be contacting her again about staying in the property

Perfect place for 3 adults - room to spread out, great location, very clean! Perfect place for our quick STL trip!

Sarah was extremely responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was perfect. we had an issue with an alarm and Sarah answered right away to help us solve immediately. She hid easter eggs around the place to help our kids get comfortable with the setting and had all the amenities suitable for all kids. Our kids kept asking to go back to the loft because they loved the space so much! Definitely recommended!

Great stay. Wonderful to have hosts willing to open their home to travelers with dogs. Ryan and Ciara were very accommodating and proactive in providing check in instructions. Home was clean and in a great location. Large back yard that provided a great space for our pup to play. We recommend Ryan’s place and hope to stay here again next time we are in the St Louis area.

Great home! Was super clean and well taken care of. Bathroom was clean, bed was great! Kitchen was well stocked. Quiet neighborhood and good location. Super responsive host! Pet friendly with a fenced yard. We’d stay here again!!

Wonderful place to stay

From hours before checkin to checking out Mary was awesome. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she has with her property we absolutely loved our stay. She discussed everything with us thoroughly informing us of anything that is in need of repair that we couldn’t currently use sadly that included throwing it back and watching some vhs tapes! But my nostalgia wasn’t hurt too badly with having a beautiful lake to canoe. There is a nice pit to cook on if you choose to do so and my family and I will be planning accordingly to do so next trip. 5 of us showered with plenty of hot water to go around. Having linens provided is such a nice thing to not worry about packing. I suggest cooling the pace really low for a couple hours then turning off for the night and drawing blinds. By late morning we were still comfortable with the inside temperature with as hot as it was for one of the days we stayed. It’s extremely peaceful out here but a short 15 min round trip to town for anything you need. We can not wait to come back for our next stays because this is going to be the place we book anytime we are wanting to do a trip to stl which is also a quick easy drive to get to the city. About 15 min one way from the city.

We had a wonderful time at Joy’s place. We had two kids and two dogs that felt right at home. Very clean and a nice quiet area.
