My family and I stayed for a week and the house had everything we needed and more! The space was clean, comfortable and had lots of extras for the outside like pool floats, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and more. The added touches inside like dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner was unexpected and a huge help. I was slightly surprised that this was an attached home, but there was still plenty of privacy and the location was extremely convenient. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and we would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed for 3 days for kids spring break to travel down to the different Keys and eventually hit Key West. We were on the 3rd floor unit. The space was very clean. Kitchen had everything you need to make a basic meal. Small balcony to overlook the waterfront. There were little toys for the kids to play. There’s a communal storage room that had all sorts of goodies: life jackets, fishing rods, electric scooter, ice maker. We didn’t have time to use the bikes and kayaks. The kids enjoyed the pool. Noodles were provided as well. The neighborhood was nice. There’s a seafood market/eatery across the street. One small thing but it didn’t affect our stay as much: the lights kept flickering. It was a cozy stay overall and I would definitely come back!

We love this place and love Kim. It’s rare to see a host working around the place so much but she is on the move, always doing something around the complexe which is so well kept and beautifully managed. The grounds are beautiful. Kim is so lovely and the place is a little gem. Thank you for everything.

I had a wonderful stay at this home! The host was very friendly, and helpful during my stay. The heated pool was my favorite. I would recommend staying at this property for your stay in Miami!

Michael was a wonderful host. He was proactive in fixing a potential issue prior to check in, and responded quickly to my questions. The house itself was lovely, and nice and peaceful. I would happily stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place in Miami.

What a fantastic home to stay in while myself & family visited the Keys for the first time! This home was in a great location so we could drive easily to surrounding Keys. The home was very clean and well kept! The beds are kind size so plenty of room. I appreciated the extra linens and so happy there were beach towels for us to use. It was wonderful to have a couple beach umbrellas and chairs as well to take with us to visit Sombrero Beach. Love that Winn Dixie was 10 minutes away so we could grab food and laundry detergent to do laundry since there was a washer/dryer in the home too. The pool was well kept and the little beach area was quaint. At the end of our stay, I put all the towels we used and placed them in a laundry basket so they were all ready to be washed. The laundry basket came in handy too for when we did laundry this past week! Thank you for sharing your home and thank you for being a great host!

Host was always responsive. Place is big and in pristine condition. Neighborhood is excellent. Private Pool and Jacuzzi were amazing. Could swim at night as the pool is tempered. Had a great time.

The house is big & beautiful, well stocked. Its great for a large family. Loved the open concept kitchen & livingroom. Great space to entertain the family. There is an inlaw studio bedroom on the side of the house. Its a part of the house just not attached to the main house. The entrance is through the back yard by the basketball court. Great for seperate couples to stay in. Has a fridge, kitchen setup and private bathroom. It worked great for our family. The backyard has tons activities for the whole family. The owners were very quick to respond to any of my questions. The house is close to resturants, bait shops and shopping malls. If your a fishing enthusiasts this area has peacock bass and we recommend Captain Charles from Salty Fresh Fishing Charters. We had amazing time making memories with our family. We will definitely be renting again.
